Not only their quality is great, I've had a pair of their earrings for over a year and they stayed in a great condition, but also, when I lost one, their customer service when above and beyond. I've never been so grateful to a brand, their integrity outshines every other big brand nowadays, I'll continue to buy from the for life.

Unfortunately it seemed my order was lost by Royal Mail in their Christmas rush - however Alchemy Store's customer service was exemplary and they responded to my enquiry about the item on the same night and were quick to offer some options including resending the order. The jewellery is wonderful and so beautifully made. I'm pleased I ordered from Alchemy rather than a generic high street store and it's a shame Royal Mail let the order down. Best of luck with your growing business and I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Purchased 2 different pairs of earrings as gifts for 2 different friends, and have to say they are gorgeous.
The earrings appear to be good quality and are super sparkly.
The only disappointment I have is the 2 pairs of earrings came in one gift pouch which is frustrating as I now have to find something to put one pair in to give to one of my friends and it won’t have anything on it to say where they are from 😕

The order arrived really quickly to Ireland. Both the earrings and chain, I had purchased, looked beautiful and well made. They were wrapped in a lovely pouch and care instructions were included. No plastic was used in any of the packaging which was really nice to see.
