24-48 hours delivery on website took almost 2weeks absolute terrible and there customer service are not straight forward with you. Do not inform of delay or issues and constantly having to chase them up

I can’t believe how obvious this scam is. Post covid, there are so many legit delivery options it seems real but on second glance, after their dumb ass “pending” email, I realized how stupid I was. Can’t believe it’s legal. Will def be doing all I can to bring them down, just on principle. Already disputed charges and you bet your ass they won’t be getting my money.

Ordered 2 bottles of wine, didn't notice the ridiculously high delivery fee (flat $20). Site was riddled with junky looking web forms, but nothing looked immediately scam-like. Placed my order, added my card, got an immediate email. Then waited.. and waited.. and waited.. never got a second email they said would come to confirm delivery.. never got anything (delivery was promised in an hour window that I waited out). Called the number in the email and on their site.. it's a British guy telling you to go their website to order. That's it. And, it just keeps repeating until you hang up. Emailed them, nothing. Waiting for the charge to come through so I can dispute it. About as much of a scam as it gets.
Looked into the site a bit more. They're basically just using a pre-packaged site and app from bottlecapps.com (which is also their email service provider and where you'll receive your "confirmation" email from).
I had a order from another company wait till Christmas week to tell me it was out of stock so I needed a gift ASAP. Placed one with AlcoholDelivery.com, got a call within like 2 hours from them, found the bottles I wanted and had them delivered to my Dad 1100 miles away the next day! Thanks!
The normally-reliable GoPuff delivery service is down today so I’m googling for another that delivers alcohol. AlcoholDelivery.com turns up & after verifying my zip code (in a state that forbids 3rd party deliveries), I attempt an online order - except every time I hit the order bar I’m in the Big Lots store in my Instacart app!
The App Store also has only 6 reviews (only stars, none written). The website looks clean but no upfront mention of fees.
It just seems sketchy. I’m not going back.
