I wish I had of looked at the reviews before I bought 3 dresses from Alexandra London (£118)
What a total waste of money!!!!
Cheap polyester material and absolutely nothing at all like the pictures. (They look like the dresses my nan used to wear in the 1960s)
Lesson learned, they are for the bin.

I bought a dress described as linen with no front waist seam. Long delivery brought acrylic dress badly sized with a front waist seam. Very poor stitching and horrible fabric Attempts to return brought classic offers of discount up to 30%. Final position was that I have to pay for return carriage for a dress which bears no resemblance to what I ordered. Can they be entrusted to reimburse original cost. NOT WORTH THE RISK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Awful plastic clothes, wish I'd looked at Trust pilot before ordering. Return address in China,m. Going to try to get a refund through my credit card.

It’s a scam. Don’t believe social media advertising. Don’t buy

I have given it a 1 atar as I can’t proceed without I should give it a minus number!!. BUYER BEWARE… do not part with your hard earned cash as the items are definitely not as advertised. I have received a dress that I edited over 3 weeks for. The picture of the dress I ordered was lined, slightly shimmery and advertised as sale from over £130 . What I received shoved in a grey almost Temu looking packaging was a papery material, unlined shapeless , shoddily put together . Leads me to believe they are probably using images to advertise from other brands and then sending out a cheap knockoff copy. I gave raised the fact that I want a refund and under the consumer rights act of 2015. They should pay for return postage but they offering 20% , after offering 10% initially. I would definitely not recommend keep hold of your money. If it looks too good you I be true it often is.

Update to my previous review DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!! I contacted my bank and asked if they could help and it was no surprise that they had heard of this company and they got a complete refund from them , If you are at your witts end with this company stop messaging them try your bank they may be able to help you, then put the Chinese crap they sent you where it belongs in the bin

Absolutely conned. Took over 2 weeks to arrive when it did wrong size and extreme poor quality.
Rubbish.

Product is absolute rubbish. The dress that turned up bears no resemblance to the images and description on their website. The stitching looks like it was done by a 5 year old and hemming was ragged and uneven.
The company purports to operate from London but only when threatened with being in breach or the 1968 Trade Descriptions Act did I finally get an address to return the product to for a full refund …. an address in china!
Their website claims buy with confidence with their 30 day money-back guarantee yet they tried 3 times to get me to keep it for a small discount.
Trading standards should investigate this sham company and close it down !

Lots of Chinese scammer companies pretending to be established UK companies…why does our government allow it? My advice is check the returns policy before ordering and if there is any ambiguity, then it’s guaranteed to be Chinese scammers.

Just received my clothing or should I say rags, the quality is appalling and the three piece suit I ordered in a large to be safe would not fit a 5 year old.
How this site is allowed to advertise online is beyond me as it is an absolute disgrace and 100% a con, please please please DO NOT order anything from ALEXANDRA LONDON just go and by yourself a bin bag a belt you will look better.
First time and the last i have ever been conned by people who are also probably using child labour to produce such awful clothing.
Please can something be done to close down this site as they are clearly making alot of money from people trusting in a well set out online shopping website that is far from legitimate or their own.
If I could have scored it 0 I would have.
Hope who ever they are running this business are proud of themselves, SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY STARS I DIDN'T GET MY ORDER THEY JUST TOOK THE MONEY AND THEN I DIDN'T HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN TRY EMAIL THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ANSWER BACK SO ITS JUST A BIG SCAM.

I would NEVER EVER buy from this company again. I emailed them to query sizes and was reassured a particular size was the one I needed 5XL for a 38J bra. When it arrived it would not fit a 38B !!! I got in touch with them and they said I can return at my own cost £18-£35 delivery costs which is more than I paid for it or I could keep it and get 40% of my money back !! daylight robbery. How are these people allowed to sell in the UK - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!

I had a bad experience with this company. I requested to return an item that didn’t fit, and they initially replied saying I would receive a partial refund within 5 days. However, the money never reached my account.

I followed up several times via email, but they completely stopped responding. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Also fell for the London thing and then read the reviews it’s from China, tried to cancel but couldn’t.
Actually quite surprised with my item! Yes it took FOREVER to arrive but for the price I’m happy

Fraud in touch with my bank.

Items arrive from China in poor quality packing and the items themselves fall apart in seconds.
I have been trying to get my money back since December. Called my bank and they are investigating, had to pay £25 to send the items back as well. What a rip off.

Do not order with these clowns.

This company is a scam, pretending to have a closing down sale that ends midnight (newsflash - it has been closing for months!) Pretends to be based in UK but is in China. Shoddy polyester clothing with stitching coming apart on arrival. Will not respond to you or refund your money despite goods not as advertised and faulty. Reporting to UK Police.
