If I could give this jewelry shop a zero I would. I hate having to go this route but this shop has left me no choice. After several email attempts (and left with what appears to be automated responses from AK), I have concluded that this shop does not care an ounce for their customers. Moreover—not only that—I have reached out to AK via their IG account and my comment has been removed. What bothered me most was that AK still advertised their sales and uploaded stories WHILE their many customers (I’m sure of) are still waiting for their orders to be shipped or messages to be read. This is beyond ridiculous. I understand that there are customers who may have had great experience with AK; however, the “great” reviews were dated to 2023. Trying to contact this company is similar to running into a brick wall. I have exercised all means (emailing, IG comment, and DM) and hit my limit and resorted to the last process. All I can say is: file a dispute.

SCAM ordered 4 months ago and can’t get…

SCAM ordered 4 months ago and can’t get in contact with anyone. I only receive an automated email causing someone will be with you in 1-2 business days. A month later I will email again and then same thing. I placed my order August 1st

FRAUD

I placed an order in September they emailed me a month later to tell me they were having "inventory and shipping delays" but my order was preparing to ship. I followed up 2 weeks later when I still had not received the order and was told that my order was preparing to ship and should be deliver in 7-10 business days. A MONTH later I still do not have my order. I've emailed customer service many times only to get an automated message that they need 1-2 business days to respond in which the never do. Reported them as fraud with my credit card company.

Update post…STILL WAITING.
Placed an order in April, it’s now December. I still have not received it and no response from the company.
Kinda infuriating especially since they have been posting on instagram about how blessed they are after Black Friday.. why can’t you complete orders that have been placed months ago?

Zero stars if I could

Zero stars if I could. Ordered in June, was told would ship September, haven’t received yet and it’s November. Every time I email customer support they say there is a delay in response that can take 1-2 business days. It has been 5 months with no reply. Very disappointed as I loved their product.

ZERO STARS!!!

ZERO STARS!!!! I ordered a ring on MAY 27th and have send MULTIPLE emails to get an update on my order. I always receive and automatic response with ZERO help. My order has still not been shipped. I am disputing the charge on my credit card. Please do not order from here - they are scamming people. Absolutely ridiculous!

An update from almost two months from…

An update from almost two months from my previous post: again ZERO stars if I could. I disputed the charge and they told my credit card company suddenly that they had shipped the order. It finally showed up after months of me asking where it was and it was only 3 of the 6 items I ordered. I sent a customer service message the next day (August 14th) asking for the other half of the jewelry and no one has even responded to me about it, let alone it being shipped/delivered. Do NOT order from this company. You will be out $$$ and likely never receive it or have anyone get back to you from their CS team.

I’ll never order here again

I’ll never order here again.

I ordered 9/3. After a week it still had not shipped so I reached out via email and took weeks to even get a response. Then another week. Told me they’d have an update for me within 1 business day. It has now been a month since I ordered and it hasn’t even shipped. I’ll be disputing this with my bank asap if I don’t have a response by eod today.

This company might have the worst…

This company might have the worst customer service I have ever worked with. Their automated messages are misleading (1-2 day responses) and their site FAQs are absolutely false.

I made my order 6 weeks ago, said it was shipping on 9/5 and I waited two weeks for an update before reaching out. Their support team didn’t respond for days-week on end where I had to blast their social media to get some attention (THEY DELETE ALL NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND REVIEWS).

They said the order was finally picked up by USPS 9/18 and it is now 9/27 still with no tracking update, no rings in hand and no responses this whole week.

Absolutely trash company I don’t even want the rings anymore. Told them I would be disputing the charge by Monday.

Scam - Don’t Buy

I placed my order on 7/27/24, sent multiple emails in August asking for an update without any response. Magically, 2 automatic emails were sent 8/23/24 that my order was being prepared, then shipped. Per the provided tracking, this still hasn’t even been picked up by a courier. I had to submit a dispute on the charge.

It’s interesting the posts here they choose to reply on and their language, such as “they take these matters seriously.” Clearly, you don’t.

Based on all the reviews here, it’s evident this “company” is a scam. Don’t buy from them.

Do not order here

Ordered 3 rings on May 20th, 5 months have gone by and I still don't have the rings. They keep lying and saying they are shipping them but this is the biggest scam. Worst customer service ever - do not buy from here

Ghosted

Bought a ring; didn’t end up loving it so I requested a return via their email and they sent me a return label. I return the item and never receive a refund. I emailed them multiple times with no response except for one email from them saying they are having technical difficulties and responses from them will be delayed. This was back in May of this year. It is now almost September and still have not received a response. This place is either a huge scam or has the WORST customer service in the planet.

Well I guess I should have checked here before purchasing from Alexa Kelley. Spent quite a bit back in June and then got a shipping notice in August but now USPS says the shipping number has expired. Guess I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank. Super disappointed as the jewelry looked pretty.

Help to report this scam company

I ordered almost one month ago, it was $175 I sent and email to the email address they display on their web site, then I’m started trying in their social media and they told me I had to fill the social media form, I did…and guess what excuses. they told me I’m going to receive an answer no longer than 2 days, I’m no getting any answer. I recommend you if you have the same case do a dispute with your bank and do a report here reportfraud.ftc.gov/ also report their social media, because after knowing they are supposed to having problems and delays they keep promoting their brand, taking money, and deleting all comments. Totally a scammer!!!

I am so sad to make such a review…

I am so sad to make such a review because I truly love the quality of their jewelry. However, their customer service response/engagement is not as high of a standard as that of their products. While I have ordered from them numerous times, the "delayed" shipping due to high volume started last year and has yet to be addressed or corrected. They will keep your money for expedited shipping, and will continue to offer it on their website but will not refund you that extra money nor will they credit your account. I really hope they get it together because the product is great, service is way below sub-par.

P.S. I ordered a few items on 7/25, and still no response or shipping information was provided. :(

I am really disappointed and upset with this company.
I tried multiple times to reach out to them to cancel my order. I order five rings, received four, and it says that the other ring is not even shipped yet. I returned four rings, did not receive my refund yet. I am still waiting. Please avoid this company at all costs. They are a scam! I am also considering legal action with this company. Very very very poor experience. If the representatives from Alexa Kelley see this, I want my money back.

I ordered 2 items in March 2024

I ordered 2 items in March 2024. Emails were changed twice from their end, until I asked when my package would arrive then they stopped answering . It's August and still nothing. I asked for a refund and nope. I made a dispute with my bank and alexakelly lied and said they sent the package. I commented on their Instagram photo, and they removed it.
