Terrible merchant. Purchase elsewhere
Ordered December 7, as a Christmas present. Still no shipping information. Contacted them, 9 days later. Their response was 2-4 business days for processing. In addition, a covid excuse. I've done my shopping entirely online with no other issues. Reached out twice more with no response.
Broken within a month - dont buy
Bought the Juliette ring - Took off my jewelry to shower and cared for it very well. Within the first 32 days, I noticed a stone had fallen out. I contacted the company and they said because it was outside of their 30 days policy they refused to fix it :) do. not. buy.
Poor quality and customer service
I ordered the Saint Christopher necklace on 8/26 and it was delivered on 9/1 while I was out of town. I opened the package on 9/7 and was VERY disappointed with the quality. For $90, the pendant is tiny and feels like plastic. I emailed them the same day asking how to begin the return process. They waited 4 days to respond and said the item was not eligible for return because it had been more than 7 days. A 7 day return policy is unheard of, especially in the current environment. I replied that I was upset and wanted to speak with someone. Their next reply was that I used the Welcome15 discount code, which makes the purchase ineligible for a return at all. NO WHERE when purchasing does it notify you of this. It seems they are making excuses to not accept the return. Needless to say, I highly discourage you from purchasing from Alexa Kelley Jewelry.

I recently bought a cross necklace from this website and I have had a great experience so far. The cross is beautiful and I am very pleased with my purchase and experience. I also love that this website has afterpay which helps break up my payments. I will definitely purchase more items in the future.
