Awfull! Sent wrong offer to seller and turned the 106 property in a hat draw by asking 16 people to view the property when the price is fixed and no offer can be submitted above so turned into a lottery very distressing

Everything was going right, until vendor pulled out of deal 2 days before contract exchange date. After that, we've been struggling to even get on a call with our property agent at Alexander Hudson, they've left us alone and are providing no further information, neither are suggesting any more properties.

We're now stuck with an expiring mortgage, a £1200+ Solicitor Invoices, £520+ Conveyancing bill and a property agent who won't take our call and neither call back. Horrible service.

Six weeks without a washing machine. No contingency plans in place to deal with a lengthy ongoing issue. 75 rental properties on their books but no facility to replace temporarily until sorted. Expected better but I guess the transient student population have zero long term revenue stream post graduation.

I had a faulty central heating control unit upstairs, which meant we had no heating at a bad time of the year. Heather and their team walked me through how to remove the control unit from the wall, and it simply needed batteries fitting.
We now have lovely warm radiators upstairs, thanks to the immediate attention given to my call.

One area for improvement: While Lindsey was fantastic, we were disappointed that Alexander, the business owner, didn't personally reach out after our initial agreement, as requested. A direct line of communication with the owner would have been ideal given some of the difficulties further down the chain.

Overall, Lindsey's professionalism and support made a significant difference in our experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.
