Our new bathroom is just perfect. We chose good quality fixtures and fittings from the Worthing showroom and agreed a time frame with Alexander. All the fitters from Masterfit arrived exactly on schedule and carried out their work to a very high standard . Each week we were contacted by the office to ensure all was well. Highly recommended.

Having just moved house and being new to the area I chose a local company who could provide an all-in service to design, supply and install a new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.

There was a set back due to problem with suitability of basin caused by incompatibility of space available and what I wanted/needed but with discussion and trying different options it was eventually sorted out to my satisfaction.

Each and every one of the team of contractors were all really pleasant and their craftsmanship is second to none. It's always a bit difficult having workmen in the house for any length of time but they made it as easy and unobtrusive as possible. The office staff were also very pleasant to deal with.

After a prolonged project entirely due to the basin problem I now have a bathroom and cloakroom to be proud of.

Following the installation of our new kitchen by Alexander Kitchens nearly a couple of years ago we went ahead with our new bedroom installation. Any issues were once again dealt with promptly. Very proffesional team with the work carried out in a neat and timely manner. Once again very pleased with the end result. BATHROOM NEXT!!!

We have used Alexander for our bathroom and more recently our kitchen, dining room and hallway. Excellent service from start to finish. They came round and discussed what we wanted and came up with an in initial design. This was then changed several times, as we came up with some different ideas. The installation process was carried our on time and we were very happy with all the workmen and office staff. Would definitely recommend.

The design of our bathroom and choosing products was done during lockdown with Phil. The refurbishment started early May with a wall being demolished and the bathroom refitted in about 3.5 weeks. The whole team of Jason, Josh, Kevin, John, Clive, Glen and Mark onsite were superb. Teresa kept us updated with everything and project managed it. We now have a wonderful bathroom which we absolutely love.

Having read lots of positive reviews about Alexander Kitchens in Worthing, I visited their showroom and was made to feel very welcome. We arranged an appointment to measure up our 42 year old kitchen and discussed how we could transform it and make it lovely and modern. Nothing was too much trouble and we spent a few months thinking seriously exactly what we wanted without being put under any pressure. We were supplied with computer images of our proposed new kitchen and work commenced 3 months later by the excellent workmen from 'Masterfit'. Staff from the project management team would regularly keep us informed by telephone of the progress and would tell us who and what to expect each day of the installation, any queries and they were only a phone call away. The workmen were all very polite, and tidied up after the end of each working day. We are still very pleased with our kitchen which was finished nearly 3 months ago and would highly recommend the family run business 'Alexander' to anyone else.

I cannot praise the staff fitting my new bathroom too highly. John (plumbing ) was superb. Nothing was too much and very patient. Darren (carpenter) was brilliant (and witty). Mark was great and always exceeded expectations. The same with Clive, etc. Teresa ran the operations and scheduling and kept me informed and always on hand to fix problems.

People in and out of house over three week period could have been a problem but made more than bearable by courteousness and friendliness.

Prices are on the high side but project management and service quality and delivery is of the highest standard so worth the extra cost.

I was looking to replace the kitchen in the flat I had moved into just before the first Coronavirus lockdown. I knew the one I wanted as soon as I saw it. From going into the showroom to the completion of fitting the kitchen I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole process. Alexander’s do a fantastic job. Teresa co-ordinates all of the tradesmen from Masterfit in Worthing so if there are any questions you may have she is always ready to help. They tell you who exactly is coming each day and what their job is. As my kitchen was fitted during a lockdown period I felt very safe having the fitters in my home as they had to observe certain rules to keep both them and myself as safe as possible. They wore masks and before leaving each day they cleaned down everywhere they had touched, with antibacterial wipes. My kitchen is beautiful and the quality of the units is the best I have ever seen. The team of tradesmen were all very friendly and just got on with the job. The standard of workmanship is second to none.

From the moment we visited the Horsham showroom and met George we knew we wanted to work with him and Alexander. There was an excellent range of high quality bathroom items and the service to match. We got on really well with all of the fitters who were courteous and professional and we were updated regularly by Teresa in the office. The finished bathroom is incredible and there was a real care for getting the final touches just right for how we wanted them.

We are now on our second Alexanders kitchen, the first one lasted over 20 years (and was still good but we wanted a change). The service, both during the sale and after sales (to sort a couple of niggles) was first class, and the fitting and tiling excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this family run business (and often do).

We were very pleased with our bathroom conversion replacing the original bath with a super shower.
The attention to detail in the showroom, during fitting and after sales service is exemplary and would have no hesitation of recommending Alexander Worthing to any prospective customer.

Alexanders have just completed our kitchen , the level of service and the attention to detail is second to none .
The fitter was excellent and very clean and tidy the whole experience from start to finish was excellent you hear so many horror stories about kitchen companies but this one cannot be faulted , we reccomend this compny without any hesitation .

The whole experience was superb. We had excellent help in the showroom to choose our shower and other items. After that, we had time to discuss with a surveyor exactly what we wanted. The installation was of a very high standard and the fitters were extremely polite, punctual and very professional.

I had a positive experience with my kitchen installation shortly after the main lockdown earlier this year. The installation staff made me feel safe and secure in my own home. The high quality workmanship and customer care was second to none, and they were also prepared to do minor alterations/amendments as a couple of small issues arose. A totally professional service, would highly recommend.

We used Alexander / Masterfit for a renovation of our 60s bungalow. This included a completely refitted kitchen, two extended and refitted shower rooms, and new flooring throughout. We could appreciate the many problems the very professional and friendly fitters were faced with in a property that was extremely tired (to put it politely). They exceeded our expectation in every department. The finished product is excellent in every way. Not only are we happy with the end result, but also in the way that Alexanders managed what was a stressful time for us. They provided us with a project support team keeping in constant communication with us informing of progress, planned activity and reacting to any small problems which developed. Naturally we love the end product, but also in the way it was achieved. We had almost constant activity in our home for about 8 weeks. The guys who came to do the work were a credit to themselves and the company in the way that they very professionally delivered the design they created, which accurately reflects the aspiration we had when we first contacted their salesperson. The Alexander people were helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.

I am really delighted with my new kitchen. From start to finish l have been impressed with their friendly and professional service and the care and diligence all their staff have shown. I have already recommended them to friends.

An experienced kitchen company offering a thoughtful design approach and good attention to detail. Their sister company, Masterfit, undertook the installation and gave a good range of tradespeople to call upon. There was a change in staff handling the customer liaison during or fitting which meant we didn't always fell fully informed as to what was happening when but it worked out fine in the end.
Pricing is competitive with other similar companies

We didn't have a huge budget and only fitted out our downstairs cloakroom but were treated so well and with so much patience. Nothing was too much trouble and Deb was very knowledgeable and helped us with fantastic advice. The service, including the very warm welcome by the lady in reception means that we have no hesitation in recommending Alexanders to anyone.
