Alexandria Exxon North Avis 

Overall the tech who worked on my car perfect no problems in and out however the cashier is the one reason I didn’t want to ever come back there. For starter that is a small Exxon why are you hovering over or around me not to mention I was just sitting there waiting on my car and your rushing me out the door the man hasn’t even handed me my paperwork just told me I needed to fix 2 tires and come back. She made it very uncomfortable and I most definitely will not be coming back. I was from out of town and I don’t know her culture but she had a wrap on and dress. Be courteous of how you interact and speak to ppl. She was tall like me so be clear it wasn’t the short cashier when I came back the next evening to redo my inspection. I came the 19&20. They cashier that work the 19th. After the man told me that she was standing there listening to him and that’s when he went back to my car and she started rushing me to come to counter mind you once he said that I looked down to my phone to find tired places near because metro one next to you doesn’t keep tires. Then the next day I come back to waiting it’s after 2 pm I have my baby and it’s hot as hell outside and because of the experience the day before I rather stay outside tech was on lunch apparently and thee other was sitting down now the lady at the counter helped me and took my reinspection paper however if your only taking 1 person at a time how was the entire inside full with ppl so overall 4 stars from me but I most definitely will never come back.

Amazing work!! I only take my cars to the Exxon north only because they are trustworthy people.

My experience is great as usual about my car maintenance and routine care. You guys are so professional and supportive.
