My experience was very good and I really enjoyed the reception; they were very kind and the receptionists were wonderful. And the doctor was very professional, thank you very much.

i walked in nervous thinking the worst i almost canceld my appointment because i was
so worried about the pain but the team welcomed me with big smiles and it instantly felt different
smilling faces everywhere the nurse talked with me casually about the weather and i realised i
was actually laughing before even starting the treatment no punctuation here because i want to
keep it real the dentist was calm soft spoken and very gentle even during the procedure they
kept asking if i was okay and that gave me confidence when it was all done i walked out smilling for real this time the relief was huge and i kept thinking wow that wasnt bad at all their kindness and calm way really changed my outlook about dental visits

everyting was clear from the very start ✨ the receptionist explained what would happen in a friendly way and the dentist repeated the steps in simple language so i never felt lost. the treatment itself was done carefully and smoothly with regular checks to make sure i was comfortable. couldnt ask for more. what i also liked was that when i left they gave me simple tips for recovery and told me to reach out if i had questions. it all felt organised but never rushed ✨

My uncle Raymond Munnoch went to Aliadent in Istanbul for dental treatment last year Aliadent offered 2 visits for their work to be completed now 8 months later and 4 visits later, my uncle is in pain he has smell coming from his zirconium crowns because they don’t fit properly to his gums he can spray water over the top of them on one side and he cannot eat on one side of his mouth because they don’t break food down properly and worse of all he is so depressed and mentally tired with their excuses.
If you don't have any problem after the treatment you are good client, but if you have problems after they dismiss you and nothing to do with them because they got their money and that’s it!

Please don’t trust them!!!!

Hallo ihr lieben,

ich habe mich bei Aliadent für die (all on 6 Variante) alle Zähne auf 6 Implantaten mit 24 Zirkonium Zähnen, also je eine Zirkon Krone (optisch 12 Zähne) für jedes Kiefer entschieden.
Dabei werden alle bestehenden Zähne gezogen und 6 Implantate in jeden Kiefer Knochen gesetz, also gesamt 12 Implantate und darauf werden die Zirkon-Zähne angefertigt und verschraubt.

In Deutschland haben mir die Zähnärzte/innen/D, die Diagnose gegeben, dass ich zu wenig Knochen hätte und Implantate bei mir nicht möglich wären 😁!
Ich bin 45 Jahre jung und konnte das nicht glauben, also habe ich im Internet recherchiert und fand etliche medizinische Einrichtungen, viele auf Zahnmedizin (Implantate) spezialisiert.
Also habe ich meine Röntgen Aufnahmen von den Zahnärzten angefordert und die an einige Polikliniken mit der Bitte, um ein Angebot gesendet.
Ich habe mich dann für Aliadent entschieden aus einem einzigen Grund, auf dem Gebäude in Sultanbey steht ganz groß (Vertrauen und Sicherheit), (auf Türkisch versteht sich) und das war was ich wollte, eine sicher Sache und Leute denen ich Vertrauen kann!
Ich sage auch nur kurz was zur Behandlung die am Ende gut abgeschlossen wurde und ich jetzt nach 8 Monaten, wieder, ein festes und sehr schönes Mahlwerk habe.
Es können einige Sachen schief laufen, Komplikationen oder auch Fehler können entstehen oder passieren, das hängt von vielen Faktoren ab wie :
1. Alter
2. Gesundheitlicher Zustand
3.gute oder schlechte Gewohnheiten,
4.Menschliche Fehler die unbeabsichtigt passieren können.
Das wichtigste ist, ich wurde von Aliadent, vom Chef, bis zur Helferin, immer gut und seriös behandelt und egal was passiert ist die haben ihre Versprechen gehalten und preislich wurde auch keine Veränderung gemacht, obwohl Implantate im Oberkiefer durch hochwertigere ersetzt werden mussten. Es lief nicht alles ganz reibungslos und auch nicht ganz ohne Schmerzen, doch mit dem Resultat bin ich bis jetzt nach 1 Monat zufrieden. Für viele auch wichtig zu wissen ....Preislich hätte ich in Deutschland für die gleiche Behandlung und das gleiche Produkt, das siebenfache bezahlt. Liebe Grüße an die ganze Aliadent Belegschaft, ich werde euch sicher Mal in einem Urlaub in Istanbul besuchen kommen. Ohne Anmeldung 😁!

I consulted London clinics but thought it would be wise to have other consultations from others. After having had a free consultation from Aliadent in their London office, I was convinced that this clinic was the one for me.
On my first visit, the duration was four days but I requested an extra day. Advice given, Xrays done and initial costs calculated. I was happy with that but was more interested in the procedures which started promptly. Returned to UK and waited for six months which, in the beginning I thought was too long. After explanation, I was satisfied that the waiting period was necessary.
Fast forward. The second treatment started. To suggest it was without pain would be quite misleading. Anyone who says there is absolutely no pain is economical with the truth.
I would not be doing any justice in my review if I did not mention how sympathetic and supportive ALL members of staff were. They showed not only their expertise and experience, but share their humanitarian side by constant reassurances that all would be well in the end.
So, all in all, while I had to contend with having no teeth for a lengthy period, the six month wait was well worth it. I'm delighted with the results.
I would like to mention Esra, Huseyin, Elman,Zenep, Zehra and last but not least our safe and reliable driver Harun who never failed to turn up on time to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the clinic and back.
I am delighted with the attention given throughout as well as my new set of chompers.

I can personally recommend the clinic in both Levent and Sultanbeyli without reservation. From the initial contact to the personal support, everything went smoothly, transparently, helpfully and very courteously via Whatssapp. I had two implants placed in Sultanbeyli in September 2024 and then the zirconium crowns in Levent in January 2025, both procedures were painless. The lovely doctor in Sultanbeyli, whose name I unfortunately no longer know, was very professional, she explained and carried out all the steps during the treatment in detail, which was extremely reassuring. The dental impression was then taken in Levent and a few days later the teeth were ready on site. This procedure also went smoothly and the gap of three missing teeth was closed perfectly. The transport links to the clinic in Levent by metro are perfect, the clinic is practically right next to the metro station. I was picked up from Sultanbeyli by a personal driver from the clinic, at no extra charge. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Pinar and Esra, both were always available for me and responded quickly when I had a request. They were also considerate when I wanted to reschedule spontaneously. Excellent value for money.
