Unbelievable service from start to finish!
Unbelievable service from start to finish. Could not recommend highly enough. I went to Alison with no more than a budget and a very vague idea of what sort of engagement ring I was after. She put me at ease, guided me through the basics and my fiancé now has a beautiful ring on her finger which she's more in love with than me.

A truly personal experience
I had been searching for the right eternity ring for several years, to mark a significant wedding anniversary and also be a statement piece in my collection. I had an idea in my head but it was a tricky brief that other jewellers had been unwilling to take on. Alison provided a truly personal experience - working with me to shape that brief, guiding me step by step through the creation process, and then ultimately delivering an even more beautiful ring than I had imagined. My husband and I are both thrilled with the result!

Professional yet personal experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend Alicia J Diamonds enough, faultless service. Right from the outset Alison was really helpful and informative, she completely understood my brief and the necklace that was designed and delivered exceeded all expectations. I shall be recommending to friends and using them for all my jewellery needs in the future.
