International purchase
This purchase was for my cousin in Egypt, I just wanted to make sure that she is happy with it before I did the review. She is very happy with the Alimed Tibial fracture brace, the product is great. I ordered from AliMed 3 months ago. First i think the order was lost, then weeks later when I reached out, they wanted me to reach out to someone different, because the person originally handling was now in a different department. After a couple of weeks, we still didn't have it. Then it was on backorder. Then they finally shipped it, but with the wrong Attn: line on the address. So, I still don't have it. This was for an ADA accommodation. If you have another alternative, go somewhere else!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Purchasing was easy, although shipping charges were ridiculous. Tried to request a return online by filling out their online form. No answer. Tried calling several times selecting the "return" option. Line rings, rings, rings - Sorry, no one available to take your call right now {hang up}. Called again and this time selected the "Place an Order" option, got someone on the line right away. Hmmmm. person took my information and told me it will take 7 to 10 business days to hear back from the Return team with a return authorization #. I already know they charge a 20% restocking fee. Stay away. There are other, better options online.

When I was unsure if Alimed could help…I asked.
When I was unsure if Alimed could help me with my intended purchase and whether it could be shipped to me here in Australia, I emailed my query to the Customer Service Team; they were only too happy to assist me. Despite the Holidays surrounding Christmas Day, I received my purchase, a Comfy Ambulating Heel Boot Orthosis, 4 Business Working Days later, Many thanks Alimed.

Did not receive complete order within the shipping time frame given and given no notice that items are backordered, this is distressing because patient need for items were time sensitive.

Whenever I place an order with Alimed it is acknowledged right away. I don't seem to have many issues as far as backorders. We have our items shipped to Toronto, Canada and everything is always seamless and we receive our orders on a timely basis
