20 hours later, still don't have an appointment
Called to remove my antenna. Received a quote for £120 (including VAT) and approved it right away hoping to get a quick service.
- Jack told that he would come back to me in couple of hours to book me but he did not come back to me.
- Called him 3 hours later, he said he is waiting for the engineers to come back and would call me back before the end of the day. asked him would I get an appointment for tomorrow, he said yes.
- 1.5 hours later he texted me that there is no opening until Monday (5 days later). I texted back that I prefer sooner but if not possible give me the time of the appointment. He did not come back to me at all.
- 10:30 a.m. the next day, he is still not back to me, so I have both texted him and emailed the company to cancel my service because they failed even to book me an appointment 20 hours after I approved their quote.
Called another service provider and got an appointment for the next day.
They just wasted 1 day of my time.
