From start to finish Jacob was professional and got the information requested very fast. He made this process very smooth.

Was not advised the shipping was 3 to 4 weeks needed for December 31 as stated in my order the product is great was happy with that

Overall I’m happy with the timeline, price, and quality of the coins I ordered. However, the company introduced a typo to the images I sent: they added an apostrophe to the word “Thanks” making it grammatically incorrect “Thank’s”. I didn’t notice their error in the graphic they emailed and didn’t catch it until I received all the coins. I will engage with company to see how I resolve this issue.

The coins were what we wanted design wise. It was easy dealing with the company, and they were ready in a timely manner

The one design that I was seeking change for was right on point. Shipping was extremely slow for my first order, so hopefully this order will arrive on time.
