Matthew Thomas was absolutely amazing !!! His customer service , patience and knowledge is a credit to Allum homes and anybody else that has the pleasure of dealing with him in their future purchase of a new home definitely won’t regret it.. he made the entire process stress free for us ( not sure for him though lol) and we are so excited to be getting the keys very soon to our forever home … Paul and Marilyn Thomas

Great service - Highly recommended!
After buying our first Allam home in 2018, we decided our next move would be to a new Allam home. From our initial interaction with their sales team (Dennis) to the pre-settlement walkthrough with their site manager (Jason), Allam's team have been fantastic and always so easy to deal with. I highly recommend the team at Allam - their homes are well built, have great features and their staff are awesome.

Just a wonderful house in a great community.
The help before moving in and when the settlement day arrived everything was explained. The whole community with the park areas is just fantastic. With the house there are the usual teething problems but nothing serious enough to get upset about.

Good value for money and definitely good customer service.
Everyone we spoke to was always happy to help.
Dennis was a great salesman and Jason was great at the walk throughs and ensuring everything was ready for us when we moved in.
