Monterey Experience
Right from the start we were treated with friendly sales staff ( Lisa and Anna ). They were extremely helpful and professional with all our issues.
Brett and Brendan continued the great experience with the handover and settlement.
The only issue I have is with the uncertainties of future developments, such as:
: Will the estate be gated ?
: Will there be a dog leash free park .
: Will there be a proper, larger caravan storage compound.

We had an amazing experience with Allams.
Andrew showed us plans, discussed options for how we could use the space and was able to answer our questions honestly and with integrity.
We were not hassled and hounded (like some real estate agents were doing ). We felt looked after, nothing was an issue and communication was easy, clear and concise.
Wayne was able to show us all about our beautiful new home and any small issues and concerns have been dealt with promptly, professionally and with clear communication and quality service.
Allan were above and beyond. We would use them again as we have a quality home in a lovely convenient location for a very affordable home with quality finishes.

From the first time we called in to inspect the property, we were treated as being important. No question was too hard or left unanswered. Great communication from everyone. Everyone from Lisa in the sales office to Brendon the community manager to Brett the site supervisor were approachable, knowledgeable and ready to help. Ultimately Monterey ticked all the boxes!

Would recommend.
The whole process of buying a newly built home from Allam was very easy and convenient. Ray the Sales consultant was very helpful in showing us through the property and responding to any queries I had after the deposit was placed. Scott the builder has also been very responsive and thorough in fixing up some of the minor defects around the house, which itself is very functional, well built and good looking.
Would definitely recommend purchasing from Allam.

Glen Smith is whom we met first during our visit. Dennis was introduced to us by Glenn. Both were very good and helpful and gave us all the info we needed.
