I recently purchased a newly built home from Allam Homes and want to share my experience. Overall, I have found the quality of construction to be satisfactory.

During my 90-day inspection, I identified a few minor issues, which is quite common in new builds. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently the team at Allam Homes addressed these concerns. Their prompt response and commitment to customer satisfaction were impressive and made the process much smoother.

While I am overall very satisfied with my new home, I believe there are opportunities for design improvements. Certain aspects could be optimized for better functionality and aesthetics. Additionally, while the build quality is strong, the finishing touches could be enhanced to elevate the overall presentation of the home.

Despite these minor areas for improvement, I have no hesitation in recommending Allam Homes to anyone in search of a new build. Their stellar service and responsiveness have left a positive impression, and I feel confident that they stand behind their work. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and excited to make lasting memories in my new home.

Shaun was amazing. When I turned up for the open home I was a little disheartened to find out the property had already sold (In only a few days!) But after having a chat with Shaun he put me at ease completely about still finding a home that suited us. Shaun was accommodating around times and private inspections that worked for us and gave us the space we needed to discuss and make our decisions.

Graham showed through years of experience he knew what he was doing to complete the job. His eye for detail is a credit to him. Thoroughly recommend him for all maintenance work. Finally, I had a Tradesman who knew what to do with utmost professionalism.

Our journey with Shaun began about a year ago when we were toying at the idea of selling up in Sydney and moving to the Central Coast. We loved the show homes but we still looked at other houses to make sure that we wanted an Allams home. At every visit Shaun was helpful and not once was he pushy like a lot of the real estate agents. In the end we purchased the house of our dreams and we are so excited to move in in May.

We had our 90 Day Maintenance Service which was organised by Diana Portolli and Fulfilled by Graeme - Building Supervisor from Allam Homes.
This was organised so promptly we sent our email and Maintenance list in one day and then two days later Diana had organised Graeme to come to our place for our 90 Day Maintenance Check two days later.
Graeme was very kind and considerate we showed him our faults that we found and he could fix majority of our issues straight away we found him very fast and efficient he understood everything that we asked him we found him both very professional and considerate and with two females in the house that have no idea how to fix certain things he was able fix minor problems for us fast and efficient we both appreciated his help

Thank you to Brendan and Brett for making our move into Monterey so easy and pleasant. What a lovely place to live
