Hi Orsolya,
Thank you so much for your lovely review and for trusting us with your move from Bristol to Southampton.
We’re really happy everything came together smoothly in the end. Even with the little misunderstanding around the inventory, the most important thing for us was making sure you were looked after and that we could help with those extra requests on the day.
The guys will be really pleased to hear your kind words — thank you for being so understanding and lovely to work with as well.
Wishing you lots of happiness in your new home!

Priced Reasonably & Very Kind, and careful with my antiques!
I am so pleased with the company from start to finish. I had so much frustration to buy a house, and the seller caused so much delay and I ended up missing quite a few stuff on my inventory until the last minute which I felt so bad for. But everyone has been so kind and understanding and were accommodating to the change of destination. They were very careful with all my antiques and did their best to fit all I had into the storage room. Overall, I am so grateful for their help over a stressful day like moving out so thank you! Their price is very reasonable as well on top of all that! Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Hi Joy,
Thank you so much for such a lovely and detailed review.
We know how stressful moving can become when circumstances keep changing, so we’re really pleased we could make things a little easier for you with your move from Bristol to Dafen, Wales. Last-minute changes and a few extra items are sometimes simply part of moving day, and we’ll always do our best to find a solution rather than add to the stress.
It’s especially lovely to hear how happy you were with the care given to your antiques and with the team’s efforts to fit everything safely into your storage room.
Thank you for trusting All Around Removals during such a stressful time and for your wonderful recommendation. We wish you all the best with the new chapter ahead.

Good communication and thorough
Good communication pre move and plenty of boxes and bubble wrap delivered ahead of move.
On moving day, there was more to be moved than expected/quoted for - but an extra journey (from Cheltenham to Thornbury) was added without extra cost.
Would definitely recommend to others if asked for a recommendation.

We’re really pleased everything came together for your move from Yate, Bristol to Kingswood, Bristol, especially with the uncertainty around the exchange and completion timings. We know how stressful those situations can be, so it’s great to hear Elena was able to explain everything clearly and help put your mind at ease.
We’re also glad Alex, Jonny and Raf could get everything moved quickly and efficiently once the go-ahead was given. Holding the slot until the last minute isn't always easy, but we always try to be as flexible as possible when clients are dealing with moving-day uncertainties.

Absolutely brilliant service! We booked at the last minute and Elena could not have been more helpful and the price quoted was a third of what we had elsewhere. Alex and Tony who did the actual move were top class and moved everything with care but impressive speed as well. They were so patient as we got messed around waiting for a key but did not complain at all. Would 100% use this company again

We’re really glad we could help sort the situation so quickly. When a sofa gets stuck like that, it can feel impossible to solve, but Alex and the team always look for practical solutions, even if that means removing a window to get the job done safely.
Getting to you quickly and resolving it within a short time is exactly the kind of efficient and problem-solving service we aim to provide at All Around Removals.

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience; from initial phonecall, all I had to do was email photos of what I needed transporting. The job was arranged for the following day for a great all inclusive price with good insurance cover. No hidden extras!
The team arrived exactly on time, with all the packing materials required. Antiques and mirrors were carefully handled and wrapped and safely delivered to their destination that same afternoon. Excellent service which I couldn’t fault and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

Alex and the team were really efficient but also careful. Alex himself did a fantastic job of putting our 2 king size beds and our hanging rail back together even though he had not been the one to dismantle them.

Our team always works hard to be efficient while staying careful, that’s what professional movers should do. I’m really glad we could help with the beds and hanging rail. The men with disassemble-reassemble skills that work with us take real pride in putting everything back together properly.

Fantastic efficient and friendly moving team
Alex and his team were very efficient with our move! Alex answered all our questions about the move prior to the big day and provided us with boxes to rent which was super affordable. His company were the best value local company we found (and we looked at many) and they were exactly what we needed. I dont see why you would use anyone else.
As part of the service we could select some furniture to dismantle and reassemble, and Alex and the team were unbelievably efficient at this. All furniture was set up good as new at the new home
Would definitely recommend All Around Removals, and if you havent chosen a removal company yet, stop looking and choose this team!

Couldn't recommend enough
Despite a huge issue that WE (the customers) caused, Alex and Ralph dropped everything in order to ensure that our removal was a success.
Both were extremely knowledgeable in knowing what to sort and pack, and we felt we were in exceptional hands throughout the day.
We also later learned that Alex came off the back of a previous 9-hour removal in order to help. And all the while, packed and unpacked the van quicker than we could, and with a smile and great support. AND with ZERO breakages and damages.
We can't recommend their business enough.
