Usually I do good business with them I even pay the yearly fee but it has been 3 days and my order is still in processing, I made a ticket requesting a refund and still no response to it! Called them and the girl was so rude! The customer service for this company is horrible

I placed an order nine days ago then I…

I placed an order nine days ago then I placed an order again, four days later.
Mind you I was charged for this order at the time.
I received a notification that the second order was being shipped, so I looked and realized that the first order was still processing.
So I began reaching out to the company because I have a vendor show coming up very soon and have reached out numerous times to try and find out why my order is still processing nine days later and have gotten absolutely no help at all and told I could not cancel it but nothing telling me what happened to the order when it will be shipped and at this point I’m going to contact the bank because they’re not even trying to help me find out what’s going on.
I have worked with shirt space for years and never had a single problem with their customer support.
I will not be ordering from this company again. Very disappointed!
