my order came on time I'm very please with it

Order is always delivered in a timely manner.

Not very trustworthy and surely not professional. I tried to
Order some samples before a large bulk order for my brand. They emailed me a discount code that didn’t work. I reached out to customer service and Bri Gray was clueless, she has no idea what is going on and could careless to figure it out. I am not sure if this is a sales tactic or just how they do business. We my company partners with another business I need a certain amount of trust, I do not trust this company at all. Alldayshirts.com are either crooks or incompetent either way, shop at your own risk!

Their listing was wrong and even admitted to it. I wanted to refund only the wrong listed ones but instead they gave me the curtesy of refunding the one shirt that was shipped separately but the correct material. I can't drive and they wanted me to ship em all the shirts back. I told them that I can't make it to a ups place and their response was to get in contact with ups myself. Don't like being a Karen but I thought other people should know about this. The prices are better than other places but their customer service sucks. If you buy from here, make sure everything is the right material

Transfers were good, but there were some what looked like guidelines printed on the sheets on the very edge that did not get taken off when cut so ended up ruining a few shirts before it was recognized. I would expect the image to come as submitted without any other ink being on the pages.

The shirts are good, reason for 4star is the shirts had some kind of debris on them?

My order turned out nice but some of the transfers were bigger than I expected. So, I had to order additional transfers to fit my small and medium shirts.

My experience with this company is great always getting my shirts on time. They never seem to disappoint. The product is great and satisfactory. I am one happy customer.

I placed this order on 5/19 at 12;56pm cst, at the time of order there was counter that stated, order within 3hours and some x amount of minutes for same day picking and shipping, with the expected delivery date of 5/21, i placed the order because i needed the order delivered on 5/21 as my client is scheduled to pick it up at 9am on 5/22...I received an email from you all on 5/20 at 10am advising the order was shipped.. on 5/21 i received an email from ups stating the order would be delivered on 5/22 between 1pm and 5pm which is NOT the agreed upon time i expected when i placed this order, I checked the tracking details and noticed that UPS did not even get possession of my package until 5/20 at 11:39PM, meaning YOU all violated the terms of your arrangement, while i understand you all cant control shipping times and delays within the shipper, IF this was a UPS issue i would take it up with them HOWEVER, if my order was placed hours before the deadline on 5/19 with the guarantee of same day picking and shipping then ups should've received my product from you all on 5/19 at 11:39pm, YOU all delaying my shipping and not adhering to YOUR own expectations has caused me to not be able to fulfill my customers timeline. I had to refund my customer and take a loss because the prints for the shirts were already purchased and received, so i need a full refund on this order AS soon as possible!! I have attached the screenshots that show in my order confirmation it says in all caps SAME DAY PICKING/SHIPPING< RUSH ORDER.. i also provided screenshot showing that ups did not receive my package from you all until 5/20. Please issue my refund to original form of payment expeditiously, I'm only asking for the refund of the order, if i have to escalate this to the consumer protection agencies i will be requesting a lot more because you Deceptive business practices (guaranteeing services you are not providing-same day picking and shipping, but did not ship until the next day and snet a false email stating the order had been shipped when in reality the shipper did not receive the package until hours later) .

This is a pretty terrible experience for a 1st time customer, i have been using Jiffy for years and decided to give this company a try because the price point was little less but i would rather pay more for the product then to be scammed by false shipping guarantees from a company like this. first and last time customer.
