Kate was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She was spot on about a few things and whilst I expected some of my allergy diagnosis, a couple I was surprised by. But low and behold a week and a half into my 60 day programme of eliminating certain foods, my symptoms have improved tenfold. I had constant stomach issues, discomfort, pain and bloating and I currently feel great! Kate makes herself available post appointment too which I think is great.
