I switched to Feather last month after having issue with Square. I am very happy. The fees are fair and transparent, their customer support is amazing and most importantly they don’t hold my funds!

Do not uses this company

I have been trying to cancel my service for 2 or 3 months now with this company. i have emailed, called and texted them and they still haven't cancelled my service. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Do not use this company they are not worth it

We regret to see your review, but we feel it’s important to clarify the details.

On September 16th, our onboarding representative emailed you to book a meeting and go over our Advanced Appointment POS software. You didn’t respond until September 24th, and you booked a call for September 26th. The first call was designed to cover basic features and help you get familiar with the software. Following this, on September 28th, our onboarding rep sent another email requesting a second call to go over the software in greater depth. However, she did not hear back. Over the next month and a half, the rep sent four additional follow-up emails, but there was no response. During this time, we observed activity on your account and assumed you had become comfortable navigating the software on your own, which is why you were removed from the onboarding schedule.

On January 18th, 2025, at 4:32 PM EST, you called our support team, expressing frustration and demanding both a cancellation and a full refund. While we understand your frustration, you had actively used the service during this time, making a refund inappropriate—this would be akin to leasing a car and refusing payment because you didn’t drive it. Nevertheless, our support team promptly processed your cancellation request, closing your account on January 20th, 2025, at 11:31 AM EST. This was confirmed during a call.

Every account with Feather is assigned a personal account manager for ongoing support. Your account manager reached out over 13 times via phone and email but unfortunately did not receive a single response from you. We pride ourselves on our customer service and always strive to ensure our clients have access to the help they need.

We are disappointed to hear your experience did not meet your expectations, but it’s important to us that the facts are clear.

Excellent Product and Service

Switched over after many years with Moneris....the transition was seamless. Not only are we saving $$, but the support and user friendly Dashboard have been outstanding.

Amazing company!

Bill is amazing! He actually cares, he helped me from start to finish. He saved me over $450 a month. I’ve been using them for just under 2 months and it’s been amazing. If I ever have an issue I can call Bill or the support team and they help me right away. I’d definitely recommend them. I don’t really write reviews but when he asked I was super happy too!
