I ordered 6 tshirts/hoodys for Christmas presents. I received 1 hoody in January that was defective and they said they do not do refunds or exchanges! I still have not received my remaining 5 items! There is no customer service number to speak to anyone live - you can only send emails through their website. I am out of $210.88!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!

First time ordering from this company and very impressed. I ordered a sweatshirt for my son and it came quickly, very nice and warm material. true to size and it looks awesome. Thank you for the quick turn around, it was a Christmas gift.

I was a little leery of trying out this company because it was an unknown. I ordered a sweatshirt from a link my husband texted to me (which always makes me a little uncomfortable). The sweatshirt was delivered on time and very quickly, but it had some paint overspray at the bottom of the backside. I e-mailed the company expecting a fight and a big hassle, but was extremely surprised at the response. They are replacing the sweatshirt at no cost to me and do not want me to send the damaged sweatshirt back. I do a lot of online shopping at the holiday season, and by far Allfortee has been the BEST experience even though the first item was slightly damaged. Thank you Allfortee for restoring my faith in shopping unknown companies!
