Scheduling was well organized, communication was great, and the engineers showed strong expertise. Downtime was kept to a minimum, which was very important for us. They managed to fix a difficult power issue that others couldn't solve, which was impressive. The problem was handled in one visit with little disruption. Overall good experience, though communication could have been slightly better.
