We would really appreciate if you could give us more details on how this experience came about since you are not a customer. We do hope that you have not fallen victim to the many fake Alliance products, that are advertised on Facebook and Amazon.
As a small business, we take all reviews very seriously. We just want to know where this review is coming from since you have never ordered our products before. Unfortunately, we have fallen victim to a scam by a brand called Farm Alliance, customers of theirs are receiving fake products & our brands information is being used.
Your review is very unusual and does not tie to our brand in any way shape or form. There is almost always prof of some sort of customer relationship in order to receive a review, good or bad. When all of this information is missing, it is usually suspicious.
We care enough to respond, because we genuinely care about every customer's experience. We will always work diligently to be sure every customer is satisfied, as we truly believe in our products. We do also understand we cannot please everyone; we just ask for some sort of proof that backs this review as legitimate.

We unfortunately experienced postal delays, recently. Many packages were delayed in transit with UPS, and we cannot do anything once it has left the building.
We understand how frustrating that is, we always do what we can to make it right!

Our orders ship out pretty fast. Usually within 1-3 business days up to 3-5 business days. The orders take several business days to travel through the mail, once shipped. This is usually one full week, on average, to deliver to you after you have placed the order.

One being full spectrum CBD gummies, the other our GRAMZ twisted spectrum gummies. Your most recent order were the CBD gummies, which are extremely mild compared to the GRAMZ twisted spectrum, that you also sometimes order.
We only wish to resolve the issue for you and provide accurate information. We are very confident there are no issues with the products themselves.

It looks like you have been ordering the same SKUs from us for a while & always satisfied.
There are no changes to the potency in the gummies you most recently received, they were also the same batch as the order prior.
We are sad that they did not seem to work for you this time. Please keep in mind that people’s tolerances can build up and the effects may not be as strong.
We highly recommend upping your dose! We do also have other products with even stronger effects that we may recommend. If your tolerance has grown too high for your current product preference.
We hope we can offer you something different if upping the dose does not work for you!

Exceptional Customer Service
Makes good deals, great customer service, actually cares about the order and if their customer is happy or not, shipment was late, but really made up for that with customer service. Very promp very quick off their chat bubble feature on the website. I'll be returning.

Good company
I left a review eight hours ago that was a one star review. It was incorrectly put here on Alliance Hemp. I had two companies that I was leaving reviews for A1 hemp and alliance hemp both of which were late but alliance was only 11 business days, A1 had been 18 business days. They both advertise 3 to 5 business days and do not mention any exemption for Hawaii or Alaska. I get packages sent to me priority mail from the East Coast and they come within 3 to 5 business days, I can’t really review the product because I haven’t received it. Alliance responded to my review immediately and I was very impressed with their response as they promised to send out another package in good faith immediately. I want to reiterate, that alliance hemp is Not the company that I had mentioned in my earlier review that was not communicating with me that was A1 hemp. Alliance has good communication and is obviously a good company if they are going to send out another package when the original one is due to come in today. Thank you very much and I will be updating my review once I try the products.

Your order shipped out on May 13th, to Hawaii. The original shipment is scheduled for deliver today, May 28th, which is 11 businesses days.
Hawaii shipments do take longer, which unfortunately we can’t control.
Please keep in mind there was a holiday weekend and severe weather delays.
We understand your frustration and we have done everything we can to make your experience a good one!
We did get a new box packaged to ship out as a courtesy & good customer care in the event the original package was experiencing unusual delays.

CBD Gas and Haze are perfect!
The flower was great, big nugs, I got both Gas and Haze, both are stronger than the CBD I have gotten from another company, also these bugs have great color and both have unique vaping characteristics. Keep it up Alliance, Very happy customer.

Larger size of the Delta 8 gummies
Not having the larger size of the Delta 8 gummies is unfortunate. Having to purchase multiple smaller orders isn't ideal. Would like to see the 60 bottles available again and with a discount for multiple items ordered at the same time. Other than that, very happy with the product.
