A joke of a company
We have spent well over 2 weeks communicating with them regarding their SIP services.
We are a UK registered business, they requested:
- certificate of incorporation
- proof of address
- kyc verification
- phone verification
- invoices from previous providers
Just for them to decline the account opening after wasting our time for 2 weeks.
Honestly, this makes them look really bad - they request your credit card (in an unencrypted form in a TEXT document), you provide it with all the other required information and they reject your account anyways.
A joke of a company, nothing more, nothing less.
