Best service I've ever had from a delivery company

Very happy with my delivery today.

Got an email the day before delivery with a clear 2 hour window for the delivery slot.

Arrived on time and within the window. The two delivery drivers were really friendly and helpful. Brought the item into the room of my choice and set the whole thing up without my having to ask. They even tested it was all working correctly before leaving.

Took pictures of every step of the delivery process, including images to confirm the item was working properly and gave me clear advice about retaining the cardboard box in case I needed to return the item.

Didn't get the names of the drivers but I was a 7am drop off today in Bristol. In case anyone from Alliance wants to pass on my thanks and appreciation to the two team members who delivered the item today.

Awful experience

I am yet to receive my delivery but so far my experience has been terrible.
I ordered a sofa 14 weeks ago and have been waiting for an update on my delivery. Alliance contacted me 2 weeks ago via text message to say they’d deliver when they were next in my area. I wasn’t able to select a delivery date - if I did not accept the one offered (a Wednesday), they would contact me when they were next in the area?! Even though I’m paying £117 for delivery??
I received a call today to say they had not had delivery payment to which I explained I had not received a request. The office lady was extremely rude & unprofessional, quite literally shouting at me down the phone & refusing to let me speak. After a lot of to-ing & fro-ing, I asked what email address they had on record & low & behold, it’s incorrect. I received no apology, she refused to give me her name or the internal complaints process & confirmed calls are not recorded!
Quite literally the worst customer service I think I’ve ever recieved.
I’ll be contacting Nick Scali to advise of this too.

Great service

Really nice guys, had a tough time getting a super king mattress up some tight corner stairs. Great perseverance and ingenuity to get into our desired room. Left everything clean and tidy, removed all packaging. 5/5!

Very good service

We just had a bed delivered, lovely guys polite and helpful, put the bed together took away wrapping, nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you Alliance so wonderful to get good service.

Fantastic Service!

Delivery was on time and the guys were great, really helpful. It was an awkward place to deliver and they did it with good humour and assembled the furniture up perfectly.

We had a suite delivered today by Eisa and Charlie what a fabulous team...
They were polite and helped display my suite in the correct location...nothing was too much trouble...A credit to your company..

awful rude office staff

Took day of work as was waiting for a delivery, then had an email to say my address couldn't be found so they wasn't turning up. Called the office to ask what's happened and if the driver could come back, office staff were SO rude, stating they didnt have my full address but then in the next breath confirming my full address without me telling them? apparently the drivers refused to come back and there manager was in a meeting all day. I did eventually get my delivery 2 days later (delivery drivers where ever so nice) but office staff were so rude and had the worst attitude - wont be using them again.

Andy and Jason

Andy and Jason from Alliance have just been round to replace a faulty table with a like for like from the manufacturer. After dismantling the old table, they got the new table out of the box only to find it was completely broken (can clearly see this was from the manufacturer, it was not built correctly). As the old table was still usable, they then built the old one so we weren’t left without a table. Andy and Jason were great throughout this even though it was a stressful situation, would definitely recommend them for a delivery.
