I honestly couldn’t recommend these kennels highly enough! They have looked after all three of my dogs for the past week, and I couldn’t have been happier with the care, attention and love they’ve received.

Leaving three dogs in someone else’s care is never easy, but from the moment we arrived, I felt completely reassured that they were in safe and caring hands. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, attentive and clearly passionate about what they do. It was obvious that my dogs weren’t simply being “boarded”; they were genuinely cared for, loved and treated as individuals.

I put my 4 scottish terriers into Allison's Kennels whilst I went out to South Africa to visit family. I have, over the years, used several kennels and I have to say that this one is the very best. Penny sent updates, which was much appreciated. I bred the youngest dog, Lockie, and had not been separated from him overnight, and I missed all of them. The updates reassured me that not only were they being well cared for, but they were having fun. The kennel room looked clean and the dogs had lovely beds and toys. It was lovely to see them running about with loads of other dogs and they were given different play experiences and lots of stimulation.

Our Border Terrier Vinnie has been going to Allisons Kennels since he was a puppy. He is 4 years old now and goes to Allisons Kennels at least 2 times a year . I always receive lovely photos and updates of Vinnie having a great time. He is so well cared for and entertained and enjoyed the company of other dogs while he is there . Thank you to Penny and all her lovely staff who make our holiday more relaxed as we know he is in the best of care .

We left our Pomeranian Bertie for for three and a half weeks at Allison's kennels in Bolton Penrith. The care and attention he received was second to non. It really is a five star experience for dogs. I received regular photos of Bertie playing with other dogs, which put me at ease. Many thanks to all the staff. Frances
