I like that i don't have to deal with delivery services that are not interested in delivering furniture (and paying extra for the privilege).

Bed was shipped the next day
Bed was shipped the next day, and I received it in a few days. It didn't have any dents, all parts work well. Assembling was also very easy. I would say I love the design of the bed, so intuitive and a bit superior than my previous bed. I loved how it had velcro on the side to prevent slats from moving.

Lovely Artificial Plants
The artificial plants I purchased add such a nice touch to different areas of our home. The colors are very realistic.

Customer Service great. Product…meh.
AllModern was very quick to respond to an issue with my kitchen island and sent a replacement. Easy process and no phone call was necessary. Hence the 4 stars.
The product…not so great. Tabletops are made from cheap wood. Both had scratches and a split on the edge which may or may not become a problem.
The wood pieces that make up the body are made from probably pressboard or something similar. The back panel on one almost looked split or crushed and when I was assembling, just the tightening of the screw caused one shelf to split all along the edge.
Drawer slides are cheap and the drawer feels loose. It wobbles back and forth as you open and close it.

I ordered a lively outdoor seating set. It arrived quickly. Sadly I had an issue with one piece.
Customer Service was the best I have ever encountered! They understood the photograph immediately and replaced the one chair — in time for an event!
