Furniture and decor that I love!
AllModern has the style furniture and decor I love! The purchasing process is simplistic while AllModern's communication is very informative every step of the way. I accidentally ordered two rugs and with in 5 minutes realized my mistake and cancelled one… got an email the next day saying it was too late to cancel the duplicate order!!! seriously very poor customer service

I don’t know if we have those chairs in stock…yes, we do and they are 999each…no they are on sale and 700 each…delivery date by September 1st… no, September 3rd. The shipper will send you a text…Oh no, looks like September 6th delivery…..No, it looks like the shipment date is September 17th…. We are sorry we don’t know when they will be available but if you don’t hear from us September 13th, you will be eligible for a “resolution.” What the heck is a resolution? I know, I resolve never to try to purchase anything from All Modern

Have not received item yet. Was told it would be delivered in two days, its' been 7 days and item has still to arrive. Perhaps it's FedEx who is to blame. Asked for delivery updates but have not received even one. Site says that if it does not arrive by the 28th, they will "make it right".
Update to review. They made it right! I was contacted and told the item was indeed lost in shipping. They sent another one and I received it in two days. All is right with the world. Thanks to AllModern!!

Funky Drawer Front
The console table we bought was beautiful, but the one of the drawer fronts fell off as we assembled it. It was supposed to be attached.
We fixed it by carefully re-drilling the holes, sourcing the correct hardware and glueing and bracing it. It took around 2 hours of work to fix. Probably less hassle than trying to do a return, but maybe not.

Rapid response to a shipping snafu!
Although the Level Bookcase arrived damaged from shipping, AllModern customer service will send repair people to my home to see if it can be repaired. I am impressed the company can do this!

Damaged product
Overall, the experience was fine, but our entertainment station arrived broken. When it was delivered, the product was not in the correct direction.
