The flowers arrived a day late
The flowers arrived a day late! They were broken, dead, and they were for a 16 year old girls funeral. I was absolutely ashamed at the work I had to do as half the flowers couldn’t be used. I rang you and emailed you and had no response! I will never use this firm again!

We’re really sorry to read this, especially given the circumstances. Supplying flowers for a funeral is something we take very seriously, and we understand how upsetting and stressful this must have been.
We aim to deliver on the selected date, but as outlined in our delivery terms, delays can occasionally occur with third-party couriers. That said, the condition you’ve described is not what we expect, and we would want the opportunity to properly look into this for you.

Terrible service
Terrible service, flowers didn’t turn up when they was supposed too in fact they didn’t turn up all at and I’ve tired to email dpd and all occasions themselves and got nothing back and it’s been over a week.

Calla lilies were disappointing
The Calla lilies supplied this year were very small and over priced. I emailed to express my dissatisfaction and my email was ignored. The box that the Lillie's came in was farcical given the size of the flowers inside. The delivery service was fine but the quality of the flowers disappointing.

Unfortunately, the package was delivered late, and half the freesia bunch was broken and dead. The roses were well-watered. Thank you. The flowers are very beautiful.

Beautiful flowers, however a lot of them came damaged so had to throw some away.

Everything is fine when placing an order. There is contact. But when there is any problem, there is no contact, and the customer is left alone with the problem.

Order was delayed a day at warehouse…
Order was delayed a day at warehouse and was only made aware of this after contacting the company. The order was placed a week in advance. Should have received delivery on the Tuesday but wasn’t despatched until the Tuesday then a further delay from DPD meant I didn’t receive my delivery until the Thursday. Flowers were really dehydrated with being out of water from the length of transport. Communication needs to be better with customers, ive always gave the company the feedback with issues from orders and the response is we are working on this! Ive lost confidence in this company and have went elsewhere to source my flowers

I ordered roses as I needed them for a funeral and on arrival only 4 out of the whole bunch were any good all the rest were dead, when I reported this to customer service the response I had was appalling and was offered a 25% refund would not recommend this company.
