No capable customer support from this company in Moolymook area.

Stayed near Mollymook and had water issues with the property. A water tank ran out then the pump failed. It was our daughters wedding with a bridal party getting ready. Getting customer suport was hopeless. Took 48 hours to get a solution then we made our own contacts using a phone number on site. Unfortunatly cant recommend the business methodolgy.

Still chasing refunds

After they cancelled the booking they are refusing to provide a refund over 2 months later. They won't provide the details of why they can't provide a refund. I now have to go back through my credit card company to try and recover the money. They're fraudulent.

Alloggio and the team are fantastic. Having the experience as a guest and owner, they don't miss a beat. The attention to detail and communication has been great. I highly recommend!

Fabulous Trip!

I had a fantastic stay!
Check-in was smooth and the staff were genuinely welcoming. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained.
The staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful Communication was excellent from start to finish.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travellers !

For the Tradies engaged by Alloggio

This review is for all the tradies engaged by Alloggio to complete work, specifically on the Tweed Coast, NSW.
I do the bookkeeping for one of Alloggio's engaged pest controllers. He is a sole proprietor with a young family. He is still owed money from October 2024 despite repeated requests for payment. It appears they don't care about paying but want the jobs done urgently.
Tradies, engage with Alloggio at your own peril!

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Its clear this company do not care about clients once their accomodation has been paid for. Customer "service" and satisfaction is disgraceful. Stay away from them.

Booking dishonoured

We booked with Alloggio company ‘Prestige Holiday Homes’. Our booking was accepted and we paid a deposit. Some weeks later Prestige said the owner wanted our booking and it was cancelled. The refund had a shortfall of $A76.35 which Prestige refused to cover. This company is dishonourable in my opinion.

I have travelled the world and staid in…

I have travelled the world and staid in apartments in third world countries. This apartment has to be the worst ever. It was dirty, we walked in and no pillows because they didn't have any so they had to go and buy some. Wardrobe door handles were broken, inside the robe was filthy as soon as we open the door a cockroach jumped out, the back door blind was broken, didn't even cover the hole door, carpet not vacuumed, the toilet seat and system have not been cleaned with any detergent ever. we actually had to wash the cutlery so we can use them. I wish I can upload photos so all can see what I'm talking about. Service was really bad we had to ask for our towels to be changed.
In conclusion. STAY AWAY FROM THERE.

Extremely poor service from Allogio…

Extremely poor service from Allogio Property Management. Trying to offboard my property has been a nightmare - complete silence from their team despite multiple attempts to contact them. They're holding onto funds and property photos with zero communication. Basic customer service seems beyond their capabilities. Would strongly advise other property owners to look elsewhere. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Horrific experience

Horrific experience. Company will not return over $7000 owned to us as property owners. Never EVER trust your property to these people. Basic property management and communications also appalling. Honestly they won’t be in business much longer if this is the way they do business.

We have been using Boutique Stays for 6.25 Years

We have been using Boutique Stays for over six years and have been extremely pleased with the service including:
1) number of bookings. We have tended to have bookings of longer duration such as insurance claims, people moving from interstate and overseas and people doing renovations.
2) financial returns. We are pleased with the occupancy rate and the income generated.
3) The fees are reasonable compared with competitors
4) The staff is very responsive to communications from us.
5) Management of issues arising with tenants has been excellent. We had one tenant who caused considerable damage when they overflowed the bath into the airconditioning ducts. Boutique Stays was helpful in getting the damage repaired and retrieving some of the bond money from the tenant.
6) Maintenance issues are attended to quickly.
7)The staff is very approachable and helpful.

Stressfree holidays

The staff at boutique stays are easy to deal with,professional about their work and easily contactable.I would recomend them to anyone wishing rent out their property or as a guest i have stayed at a number of their properties and allways enjoyed my stay.

Gabby and the team at Mollymook Milton…

Gabby and the team at Mollymook Milton Holidays have gone far and beyond our expectations in ensuring that our house is always presented and maintained beautifully and therefore attracting lovely guests. No ask has been too much for Gabby and the team in delivering an exemplary service. We live overseas and it is incredibly reassuring that we have someone so totally professional and such a delight to work with managing our holiday rental. I can not recommend Gabby and her team highly enough. They routinely amaze me with the lengths they go to keep us as owners extremely happy and reassured and provide our guests with the best experience possible. Gabby and the team are superb.

Reliable and Efficient Property Manager

I have had 8yrs experience with Portstephens Accommodation (Alloggio) managing my property and they continually strive to deliver excellent service.My responses to question by phone and email are prompt. Vanessa my property manager is extremely efficient ++, organised, and importantly is always pleasant and happy to assist. The homeowner app is Exceptional to use, and Payments from rentals into my account are prompt.
