I knew there was something seriously wrong when I couldn't place my order on my laptop. They've cocked up with the basket/checkout so I can't scroll down. I'm so relieved I went to Trustpilot before I proceeded any further. They are taking advantage of really compassionate people here who care for mental health matters and are Christian too! Don't go near ALLOWANCU; they're ROGUES!

The birthday is this week so I had to buy something else they keep fobbing me off and I’ve demanded a refund they keep telling me it will be sorted 😡

What a shower of crap wish I would of read these reviews from genuine people

Ordered a 2XL.

Wrote them it does not fit.

They wrote back without seeing a picture of it on me that they checked their warehouse and it fits!

Wow. According to them without any evidence it fits. Learned my lesson.

Super slow shipping. Ordered mens mental health shirts they were two sizes to small (ordered a size larger than I normally do 4xl they were 2xl at best) not cotton as advertised but polyester.
Costumer service is nonexistent! Do not, I repeat do not buy from them! You can find similar items with better quality on Amazon!
I gotta hand it to their advertising they suckered me but good

Ordered a few shirts & a hoodie 9 weeks ago. Still have not received my order. After 3 weeks I finally got a tracking number, but it kept saying the same things over & over "in transit" I tried over & over to contact them & all I get was a link saying click here & when I do it says " Dear customer you have not entered the customer service system" but it's the link they sent. Now after 9 weeks it says "no order found" I've tried over & over to contact them. $75 down the drain !!

It is like TEMU.
Takes forever to receive item.

Reading through these reviews many of the good ones are obviously fake! Glad I looked on here before making a purchase!

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a shirt that is 3X and it barely fits a child, the print quality was really horrible. Be careful with this company they will not help you with return if unsatisfied with their shoddy product. Beware!

The size is off, I ordered a xl and what hey sent was a large . DOESNT FIT

I bought 3 mens' mental health shirts from them. They took a month to arrive. Only 1 shirt was any good. The other two shirts were tissue thin polyester, not the cotton they advertised, were either Asian or youth sizes ... ordered my size but fit like a skin tight women's crop top, threads hanging off of them, and blurry graphics. Their customer support page just gives an error message that says "URL expired".

Don't get scammed like I did, they take the money (more than the invoice) and nothing arrives.

Merchandise did not look anything like pictures used in adds. Very poor quality and the sizing is at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised. No refund option unless you want to pay for return shipping to China which costs more than the original cost of the product.

Be careful of this company. They will take your money and then……nothing happens. For a long time. I’ll update if anything does eventually arrive, but it’s been almost a month now and there’s been zero delivery. They insist that the items have been sent but their own tracking system shows the order as “not found” - so I have no idea where they are getting their information from. They’re clearly one of the shady online companies that spend their money on marketing and closing the sales, but are outsourcing to third party manufacturers that are less than efficient, and have little or no control over what goes on once the order has been made. I would avoid this company. There are similar products, available that are made by companies that actually have some control over their supply chain and care enough about the customer experience to make things right. It’s a shame. I really wanted it to be legit. Btw I also suspect the positive reviews here are fake because they read more like marketing than genuine reviews.

These people are horrible! I ordered an outfit that I needed within 2 weeks. I sent an email asking if I would get it in time. I got a response that my order was being processed. They neglected to tell me it was being shipped from a different country! It took over a month for the item to reach me. And when it did, I was asked to pay for postage that was short. I refused to pay so USPS shipped it back. This company refuses to refund my purchase. Do not buy from this place!
