"I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received. Over a week ago, I raised a complaint and followed up multiple times by phone, trying to resolve the issue amicably. Despite my efforts, I received no response or acknowledgment. After sending a formal complaint, I still have yet to receive any reply or resolution.

The lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is truly unacceptable. I expected a far better standard of service and commitment to resolving issues. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no choice but to leave this review. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company, as their response to customer issues has proven to be severely lacking."

Bad experience. Stay away!
We had a small cabinet sink installed in the spare toilette. We were quoted £404 for cabinet (exact model on a web retailer for around £100) and labor 1-1.5 hrs. The job was done within that time frame, but he popped to the shops for 30min (on the time paid) to get parts even though he has been here (pervious week as emergency call out for burst pipe) before and should have known what to buy before arriving. The door of the cabinet was attached wonky. The guy looked like a homeless person and stunk of cigarettes. Every time he bent down his trousers were showing his backside. All of the above I could have dealt with if it was not for the following: The 'office' (Ricky Honour) called me straight away after the plumber 'left', which I missed. The plumber knocked on the door again and I thought he forgotten something, He said Ricky tried to call me for the extra payment. I called back and they wanted another £124 straight away without even sending me a breakdown or invoice to justify the total amount of £524! The office said the plumber would not be able to leave before payment was made. Sitting outside our house mafia style until I made payment and sent proof, when they have not even sent a breakdown or a full invoice over to check is discussing! And yes I should have not made the payment, but I was home alone and felt like I had no choice. I told Ricky over the phone that the cabinet door is wonky and I aske them to send him back in to fix it. Which he did in an absolute strop! His attitude was unprofessional and rude. After payment and the plumber left and I discovered the old sink, as well as the rubbish was just left outside the house. This experience has left me pressured and taken advantage off! I still have not got an invoice or a receipt which I requested per email several times as well as over the phone. Absolute cowboys

When they advertise on the net they don’t say who they are and they wanted the money upfront and assured me that a painter can paint 2 bedrooms in one day double coats all over but then he only painted the ceiling in 1 and a half hours and changed me 337.50 because I had to pay for parking and materials which they did not mention.They are a con artist don’t book with them but then again on the advertising on the internet they don’t say who they are. He was supposed to be at mines at nine but turned up at 12 o’clock 3 hours late and even then he had to go out to get material and parking which they did not mention I had to pay for.

Simply the worst company ever for contact and scheduling. Everything in the business model is designed to extract as much cash out of you for as little work as possible. Genuinely avoid at all costs. The last comment was made by my tenants who covered the ground well. I just wanted to add this for emphasis, do not use this company!

Called these out to look at a washing machine and dishwasher. They didn't attend at the allotted time. Turned up in a normal car without any spare parts, so clearly not a reputable repair man. Found the fault but when I asked if he was going to put a new part on said it was unnecessary. First lot of washing I did after he had gone the washing machine went wrong again. He attended the dishwasher, opened the door and said it couldn't be repaired. We were charged £132 for each appliance because they were at different addresses even one was only across the road from the other. Have since repaired the washing machine ourselves, and another engineer checked out the dishwasher, finding the problem was a bit of tin foil in the door lock preventing it from shutting properly and operating as it should. I recommend anyone not to use this company as they are complete scammers. They insist on you paying the callout charge upfront with very little intention of fixing the problem.

I wish I would listed to online reviews. Complete scammers! Never fixed the problem. Haven't showed first day, came second day and spend no more than 5min (this costed me £120). Even though I've explained over the phone what needs to be done, the guy came not ready because he was rushing to another job. After that I tried to contact the company many times to find out when the job will be done, however they never replied emails or called me back. Had to find somebody else to deal the issue. Don't make an expensive mistake and don't use these scammers.

Our booking was for between 3pm to 4pm, I called when he didn’t show up and was told the booking had been made for between 4pm to 5pm, so I waited. When he still hadn’t shown up by 5.20pm, I tried calling again but was deliberately cut off. This company charged £144 in advance for a one hour booking for a small plumbing job, we’re now trying to get our money back. This company doesn’t exist on Companies House. Avoid.

This company is appalling. Terrible service and very unprofessional.

The plumber who turned up at my flat was one hour late (11am not 10am) as I was initially promised. When I called to find out where he was I was told that he came to the wrong flat, and then decided to go somewhere else? Probably onto
another job or maybe to have his lunch?

When he did turn up his appearance was appalling. He looked like an homeless person and absolutely stunk of cigarettes. Every time he bent down to investigate the plumbing problem his trousers were showing his backside. All workmen delivering a service should arrive looking professional and not like they have been dragged through a hedge backwards. It was very off putting and quite frankly I should have sent him away but unfortunately I had been asked to pay £144 upfront!

The radiator pipes had the usual skirting and I literally had to beg him to remove it in order to investigate the leak. He gave me the impression that he was doing me a favour and that everything I was asking him to do was a problem. His attitude was unprofessional and rude. He made it look like he could not be bothered to do anything.

When he did finally agree to remove the skirting he investigated the job and it was confirmed that the leak was nothing to do with the radiator pipes which obviously was a relief.

Once the job had been done he complained that the previous workman had not done a proper job and replaced the existing thermostats. This concerned me so I asked if he would like to do the job. He agreed to do it and I explained that there was a nearby plumbing shop where he could buy the parts. He promptly left and an hour and a half later never returned.

Over all the service was shockingly unprofessional and the person who I spoke to when I initially called the service should be ashamed of themselves for sending this man to do the job. He should seriously consider refunding my money!

I would never use this company again and would recommend that other people think twice before doing so!!!!

I'd just like to say that I am grateful to the engineer this company sent out to us to fix our leak under our bath, he was very helpful with the advice and expert attention. Would recommend.

This company is either completely incompetent or a scam. Respond to calls but never emails. Never stick to arrangements made. Similar to others, up front call out charge led to brief irrelevant visit. Always “running late” Zero professionalism or wish to complete jobs. Zero awareness of customer experience. Avoid at all costs

This company is a scam. Guy turned up 3 hours later, had clearly no idea what he was doing, played around with a bunch of switches which had nothing to do with appliance and then left. Appliance not fixed and then refused to refund the £140 call out charge despite attending the property for no more than a few minutes and doing nothing about the issue whatsoever.

I wish I could leave 0 stars.

We were forced to pay over £500 for a plumbing service that was LATE, did not sufficiently diagnose or fix the issue and created nothing but MESS and STRESS (broken tiles, stained carpet etc).

The plumber tried to tell us that we needed to pay them for an ENTIRELY NEW TOILET SYSTEM and when we eventually called it and refused to pay them anymore, the alternative plumber we found identified a small blockage in the system and fixed it within 20 minutes.

The service providers were rude, and the plumber was intimidating, messy, late, useless. I question whether he was even a plumber at all.

I have since complained and asked for a refund, and 6 months later I am being fobbed off and told that the team "cannot approve a refund without MD approval". It is utter nonsense and clearly a total scam.

I wish I had found this page before I booked them, and feel that these total scam-artists are taking advantage of people who are in an hour of need/potential emergency situation. 6 months later I am still furious about the whole thing, and over £500 worse off.

Dishonest and unprofessional.
I paid with bank transfer for 1 hour electrical work to install a ceiling fan/light. The electrician came with a small step stool instead of a ladder. I found a suitable ladder for my high ceilings. It turned out that the fan I ordered came without remote control. I do not have a switch, but I asked him to install it any way way because I could order a remote control separately. He told me that there is no power in the wires, he came to install the fan and not fix the problems with wiring: he spent about 5-7 minutes in the property. I asked for a report. Emailed Ricky Honour asking about the report 3 times. No reply. Another electrician came and installed the light with no issues: there was no problem with wiring. I have start reading reviews to avoid scammers…

This company is way too expensive.
Unregulated and I do feel scammed.
Would not recommend at all.
Save yourself the bother and look elsewhere.

Took money upfront for a part and i have never seen them since, they ignore emails they get rude if you do manage to actually speak to RICKY!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE BASICALLY THEIVES!

Their online advert looks so professional, I now know they are the opposite.
Had to pay £150 call out upfront, my elderly mum had a leaking toilet system. He turned up nearly an hour early, so I hadn’t had time to get to my mums first. He had poor English which was hard to understand, had no parts with him. I then got an email from a Joanne, to say they needed £148 to order the part and it would be another £150 for each hour.
Complete rip off scammers. Do not use.
How can they still be getting away with this.

I would add, not only did we get charged £150.00, for nothing, he could have turned the water off at the isolation valve, as the water was continually running down the toilet, but he didn’t. My husband did this under the instruction of a local plumber, who later brought the parts needed and fixed for a much better price.

I used them to fix a dishwasher, I paid £118 up front, stupid of me but i got them off this site through a new name they use called 'Pro Improve'. He showed up with hardly any tools, told me to replace it and basically ran out of the door. Complete Scammers and have reported them

Subsequent to blinds installation I find the cords are all illegal in breach of health and safety regulations regarding height from ground level and absence of cleats. This confirms the serious concerns I expressed in my previous review. Avoid this company!

Terrible company. Basically scammers. They charged me £150 pounds upfront for a plumbing job. Plumber only came for five minutes and didn't bring tools. Then wanted to come back the following day and charge me another £150. Also kept asking if there were other jobs that needed doing. Charged us congestion charge even though not on original specification and was only charged because they were late! Do not use this company.
