Service was great but the bouncy castle itself was filthy and covered in bird poo .. we had to clean it ourself before we could even let the children anywhere near it

All Star Bounce NI is a family run business that provides Bouncy Castles & Inflatable equipment to Bangor, Belfast and Newtownards. We started out in the inflatables business in mid 2012, running very successfully for many years. Our equipment caters for all ages, from toddlers to Adults. We try to meet the needs of customers as best we can by providing the most suitable equipment for each different event, from private garden hires to large summer fetes. Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. Excellent value. Really helpful and quick to respond to queries. The bouncy castle was set up before I arrived at the hall and took them no time at all to take it down. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Disappointing experience
Initially great customer service and very friendly staff who made me feel confident in my booking.
However, bouncy castle arrived 30mins late and soaking wet. Had to spend time drying off as much of the water as possible with towels before letting it air dry as water continued to seep through. It was 90mins before the kids at the party were able to use it. Highly disappointing for the young children who were dying to play, but it was too slippery and unsafe to do so.
Further, we had hired a hall at a community centre and when it was delivered, the staff member assured me that they would collect it between 5pm and 6pm. I had instructed them if there were any issues to contact me. However, I received word from the community at 8pm that the bouncy castle had not been collected and the centre was now locked. I contacted all star bounce, who stated that “we didn’t have time to collect it”.
The community centre advised that due to other bookings we would be charged for the room if the bouncy castle was not collected upon opening on Sunday. I advised all star bounce of this and asked that they contact me as soon as it was collected, still waiting for that, so I can only assume that it was done.
Terrible service, regret paying on delivery as all the hassle was not with the money we paid.
Would not recommend and will never use again

Highlight of the birthday party
Had my daughters 4th birthday party just at the weekend, such a great service, dropped off bouncy castle nice and early, kids and the bigger kids had the best time - we were renting a hall so needed an efficient pick up again, no issues at all, and the guys cleared up and away again in no time - high recommend!! I Hired all star bounce NI. For our family fun day. From. The minute I booked I was given a fantastic service, polite, informative and pleasant. They kept in contact explaining everything that was happening. Also the guys that delivered and erected the bouncy castle were fantastic too, nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommended. Messaged the page on Facebook at late notice looking a castle for the kids on 11th July at this stage as expected they were booked out. Next day William messaged me and advised of a cancellation.
