I love my sun pendant

I love my sun pendant. It is absolutely beautiful. It’s well made and heavy. Not flimsy or light weight. I did have an issue with the pendant being much lighter in weight than described. I was told weight can vary. I understand that. But this was a significant difference. I asked to be reimbursed for $200.00 which would be the difference in weight. I had to go back and forth many times. They offered me $50.00 credit which I declined. We settled on $100.00.
The charm did take longer than expected to get. I made a few phone calls for that as well. The reason I persisted was that I had never seen a charm that comes close to the quality and beauty of this charm. Customer service did get back to me on my inquiries promptly. I would use them again if I saw something that I couldn’t find elsewhere.

It was a great shopping experience online with Allurez. Easy transaction, payment was quick and smooth, shipping was normal for the season. Order arrived in time before Christmas. My daughter loves the new earings...

Horrible company- Stay away!!!

Horrible company. Not even sure they have a business. No one answers the telephone or responds to emails timely! Stay away. Ordered a gift December 7th and still not shipped. Advised today finally that it is not in stock!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. No one is ever available and the representatives always offer a call back or an email which doesn't happen. Every issue is "sent to the back office". Wedding band was late even though they were very well aware of the date it needed to be received by. I had called many times expressing the urgency. Took a month to receive it. We ended up having to purchase another ring from another jeweler. Return process took over a month. After persistent calls they finally emailed me return instructions. They also require signature and insurance on the package so it was almost $100 just to return my item. They still have not issued the refund. It has been a month since they received it. More broken promises again today stating I will get a call back or an email. Highly urge people to steer clear of this company.

After a lot of research

After a lot of research, I chose Allurez to create a custom engagement ring for my partner, and it was the best decision I could have made. The design process was easy, and the staff was attentive and informative. The ring is breathtaking, and the quality is impeccable. My partner was over the moon when she saw it. Allurez made a significant moment in our lives even more special.

Gift was eight weeks late

The graduation gift was eight weeks late being delivered. Appears to be smaller than the example in the picture. Did not monogram the simple message “with love”. This company is not worth the money or the time waiting for their substandard product.

As we previously explained, your pendant had to be remade due to porosity found in the metal — a rare but natural occurrence during the casting process. Once the remake was completed, we were ready to ship your pendant; however, you requested that we hold the shipment due to hurricanes in your area and because you would be away from home. We fully respected that request and waited for your confirmation to proceed with delivery.

Additionally, we were happy to offer you the engraving. However, we did not receive the pendant back from you to complete the engraving. We are still more than willing to provide this for you — simply contact our customer service team at Service@Allurez.com, and we’ll be glad to assist.
