Absolutely awful do NOT pay them they will just ask for more scammmm

Worst experience ever....scammed money never got the work done. Its all fake......

Total fraud. Ripped me off for £1000. Incompetent Mathew lied through his teeth. There phone number is from India. Refuses my refund request. Wrote to their London office. If no refund forthcoming I will go to small claims court. AVOID this company please.

Everything said and done was excellence.

I worked with all writing pro over the past few months, I'm a first time author and Matt seemed to be a genuine person, but I'm autistic and I trust people very easily therefore easily taken advantage of. After a long wait my book " memoirs of a misplaced childhood" was published. I noticed a few things that concerned me but I suppose thats the norm. My next 2 are ready to go but it always comes very expensive to do.

Matt hung up on me during our second call after he asked if I had any further thoughts on their business. I responded by saying I’m still awaiting an email he said he would send me during our previous call. As soon as I mentioned this, he just cut the call. Absolutely shocking way to treat a potential client.

Will not return My monies. They have taken and done nothing or given any services for keeping this sum, But have continually given bad experiences since taking them on. They are Scammers, so full of bad practices

August to Now March still will not return monies - even though stating they would - paid in via card has now turn into a bank transfer and they will not pay it back. They have promised to carry out my book for free too that has been a joke
Continual breach of No8 on contract continual communication contact till completion that is a joke sat there waiting for planned contact (reasons for asking for monies back plus). Scammers and so much bad practices from august 2025 to 2026 now terrible company and service. Have no shame too about it. as they would return my monies and stop this but they do not care. Spoiled my first writers journey, but they do not care obviously not.

Even though because of this I had been scammed.
Luckily another publisher rang and verified it was a so called proper publisher.
Still waiting now for a planned call, as I ask now for my monies to be returned. One month on after a lot communication in many forms and ways. I am not hearing anything or receiving anything about the return of my monies. All communication falling in a deaf deep hole called All Writing Pro. Looks like no intention to refund my monies regardless of what I do, for nothing or services not done. Can I make clear no 8 of the contract keeping continually contact and connection was breached by them (twice) and not breached on my side. They have done nothing and so sorry for even seeing their sale add on Facebook to get more people trapped in this. Please please Stay away folks - such bad practices all the way through this journey.... getting in touch with people who can now help me which also says something. Comments listed on live on Facebook -being upfront and still waiting for said compensation of doing the said project for free - still sat around waiting for anything to come my way as per- they are refusing to repay my monies even though they stated that they would and complete said project plus - but still waiting for nothing/communication from them as per from July to Nov this continues - yet I am in the wrong apparently. Now need to take this further. Still July to Dec asking for monies returned the company has so many excuses please stay away

Awful. Very unhappy. Very poor work and attention to detail.

I had an idea to make a children's book. For that, I was looking for an agency. I was contacted by a few agencies, I decided to move forward with one as their prices were low but they took my money and blocked me from everywhere.

Then I was contacted by AllWritingPro, At first I was really reluctant to go forward with the project with another agency because of my first bad experience. But Simon, the senior consultant/Project manager did his best to win my trust and he succeeded and then I handed over my project to them.

Today, my whole book is complete with writing and illustrations, everything. I am really happy with their work and the best thing about them is that when it comes to illustrations, they take weekly feedback from the client and provide unlimited revisions. So far I am really happy with their service. Now I am starting my second book with them as well.

The project I had Steven & Mathew work on, has to be completely redone by another graphic designer. There were so many mistakes in the design and colors of the project. Steven was my main point of contact and he was very rude to me, and also sent me inappropriate comments and questions regarding my appearance and personal life. Very unprofessional.Do not recommend. Very unhappy with the service I have received.
