This is a true first-hand experience review, as coming from Umraah 3 days ago. Al-Muslim Travels is a company working apparently from London but most of their Agents are dealing with you from Pakistan. Most of the Google reviews online you see are mostly hoax or being bought. I initially bought the package from a person called Mohammad Awais - who is an immature inexperienced Agent (confirmed by their own Agents). He ruined my package by issuing a wrong ticket for wrong dates and then ended up blaming me and my family for it (not sure how customer can be blamed for their blunder). Then we complained and matter was escalate to another unprofessional and imbecile Agent (called himself a manager) named ***DELETED***. He spoke to me and my husband very rudely and was just trying to bagged the money in from us for their mistake. We have been through a lot of stress, depression and anxiety because these fake unprofessional Agents.

They are all frauds sitting there to loot your money. We had the crappiest experience with the hotels and transport. We paid hefty amount on top of our package for transport which they didnt book appropriately (for 4 people). We had to pay extra in Makkah and Medina for their unprofessionalism.
We told them that our mother is disable and require extra assistance throughout the flight and hotel, which they completely ignored. Which again caused my family a great distress throughout. What suppose to be a beautiful spiritual experience of Umraah, turned out to be the most stressful and painful memory of our life. If you are reading this review to know about this company then save your money and go elsewhere. Or at least save yourself from these 3 names.....***DELETED*** (all works from Pakistan).

Recently went to Umrah with my family with al muslim travel package and it was an outstanding experience, They came through and delivered what they promised us and didn't let us down in any way. The drivers they sent for our Ziyarat and transfers were really organised and topnotch, vehicles they sent out were really comfortable with lots of space/ Legroom and overall Al Muslim travel made our journey really easy and smooth Alhamdullilah. Mohamed Jamshed who hand picked our package with 5 star hotels and transfers was really respectful and put alot of effort in creating the best deal and package for us. To conclude i highly recommend if you want the best and a stress free journey to use this service for your next Umrah/ Hajj.

Very helpful and will always try and find you the deal that you are looking for. They try and do their upmost best in getting you what you want. For us we wanted hotels for Umrah and we found that Muhammed Asif did a fantastic job in doing this. We liased with him throughout our journey and he also made sure that when we got to our destination that everything was good and we didn't have any hiccups along the way. I would definetly recommend Al Muslim Travel and I would definetly speak with Muhammed Asif again to sort out another deal in the future.

I had to travel to Mecca to do my umrah I thought these can help me out with some kind of information which was my first time, I had my fully trusted on them to be very honest I had the worst experience with them as I didn’t expect it I would not recommend to anyone whoever is going with this people Don’t trust them they will first Promise you to have nice hotel and then it will turn out something else as they told that I will get 5 star hotel in Madina and when we went to Madina that was 3 star hotel it was so disappointing and not so clean bedsheets smells also I asked for Madina confirmation they didn’t give it to me till I get there then it’s was too late whenever u book with them don’t trust them they will speak very nice lovely dabi and always check ur hotel star and conformation make sure u get ur confirmation they didn’t send me the confirmation for Madina hotel till I was outside side the hotel they will leave u with no choice so plzz guys be careful ❗️ don’t pay any money in front and they based in Pakistan.

Recently been Umraah through Al-Muslim Travel! Took the package out through Mohammad Awais and Aamir. Had the worst travel experience of my first time Umraah! We paid hefty price for the package on it's own and then alot of errors were made. We had to end up paying extra for the Hotel, transport and tickets in Saudia. Agents were unwilling to rectify anything when told. Everything was booked unprofessional and not customised according to our needs.

They will hound you everyday for money and keep reminding you what you owe them, they say one thing on the phone and then deny the same later on. A lot of lying technics were use to just sell us the package. When it came to the original experience it was far from decent. We have suffered alot of mental and financial loss because of these Agents and their company. So if you think you are saving money by choosing these Agents then just beaware of the stress and trauma ahead!

**Replying to what has been said below....absolute pile of rubbish! You must think i am an idiot! I left it my Allah to deal with you people, because you lot are sitting there on the name of Allah making money & scaming people shame on the lot of you!

I dont not want to get into details but if you want to talk about evidence we have everything from start to finish on how your beloved employees sitting in Pakistan trying to make others pay for their errors...giving false promises & when you reach the reality is way different. Dont even get me started. Take the mask off & take responsibility shame!

We booked umrah for my family through Al muslim travel. Brilliant service. Brother Asif did everything for us. We didn't need to do anything. Any questions you have they will respond straightway no matter what time. Price was very cheap although hotels and flight was good. It was a stress free umrah. Communication both here and in Saudi was great. Highly recommended.
