I bought this for a move, as I only had a few boxes. However, as handy as the extra wheels might have seemed, I found my friend's two-wheeled flat bottom hand truck was way more effective.. and stronger.

I'm returning it.. but it might take a few days or weeks: it's stuck in the open position and is refusing to fold back up!

This company is as fraudulent as it comes. Don’t buy anything from them. It’s false advertising and the products they do send are crap!! Don’t let them scam you like they got me!

Terrible company! Don't buy anything. Dreadful customer service. never respond to emails. Products not what they seem. Don't know why Instagram recommends this company. Cannot believe this company will not fold

Very bad experience. not even a single star. China company, bad quality of products, poor customer service and very late in delivering products.

I ordered a product and two days later Alpha Buying sent me a fake tracking number from FedEx. I have communicated with the customer service that you can only do online no phone numbers. I have only received empty promises of getting the order shipped again
Now I will report Alpha Buying to the BBB.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! Do not buy. I ordered the teeth whitening kit back in July 2018. They SAID it was mailed. Never received it. Then I complained and they said another shipment was on its way. FOUR months later, in DECEMBER 2018 I received a package from them that contained fresh breath tablets. It was not what I ordered. What a complete rip-off. I'm reporting them to every authority possible and posting to every review site I can find. I spent $20 for NOTHING! Yes, I'm mad!

Alpha buying is the worst company to buy anything from. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I want to cancel an order they denied me, so I asked about returning they said unless it was broke I couldn’t. Terribly ran company. If I could leave no stars I would. 1 star is to many.

This company is terrible. I have asked for a refund on the item I received which did not work and they won't reply to my emails ! I'm seeking advice and will never use this company again !

its ok for older knives -it saves time. I could get my knives sharper with a wet stone

Thieves! I never receive the products, the tracking they gave me never worked and month after, and many emails I sent, instead of reimburse me they told me that they will send a new package. I say no and of course they did and I never received it!!! To avoid, this is a fraud.

Temp is off by 10 degrees for meat and almost 20 for oven, Now that I know how far off it is I adjust how I use it but for the price it would have been nice for it to be accurate.

I purchased an item for $40-
The item arrived defective.
I contacted them via email immediately.
They asked for photos of packaging and item , I complied with their request.
They then asked for more photos and a video.
I sent more photos but could not send a video showing me operating the item and take a video at the same time, not possible with only 2 hands! THEY KEPT CHANGING THE GOAL POST!
I THREW THIS PIECE OF JUNK IN THE RUBISH, WHERE IT BELONGS.
THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND WITH A PEPLY PAID ADDRESS.

I placed in order through your website and still haven't received the product it keeps telling me if I want another discount after they had already taken the money out of my account. I do not want a discount just want my product I ordered it's been almost 2 weeks. Can you please ship me my order or is this some sort of scam.

Way too much caffeine. I'm tanking by noon. Oh, and taste is rough. You do get used to it, but its certainly not the best.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW:
The color of the tattoo pen I ordered (brown) was not like the color shown on the website...it had a lot of red in it and did not meet my needs. I emailed alpha-buying and they responded by saying they could not offer me a refund. I pushed for some sort of resolution and they emailed me back saying they would re-evaluate my claim but I had to email them a photo of the packing slip and a photo of the product within 10 days. I no longer had the packing slip, but provided them with the photo. Because I was 3 days passed the deadline to submit this, alpha-buying support refused ANY resolution. I can't believe all the HOOPS they make customers jump through for a $11.97 item which I waited for months to arrive (from China). There are too many similar products from other sites that offer great customer service then to mess around with this one!!!

PRODUCT REVIEW:
The pen is cheaply made and is NOT water proof (came right off with a damp washcloth) and probably not sweat/smudge proof either. Don't waste your money. There are similar products you can buy locally that are better and will save you many dollars in shipping.
