PLEASE PLEASE read reviews before buying from ALAN TRAN "AKA" Alpha Car Sales. This trader rips people off left right and centre with his lies - I reported him to trading standards due selling me a £7000 car under false advertising when many issues started to quickly crop up that he wouldn't acknowledge - cutting my calls off then blocking the numbers - Nothing in the advert was true - I was literally scammed into buying what he described a car as in great condition with all the warranties, breakdown covers and services you'd expect to have with a 10 year old car (ALL LIES) - Trading standards informed me 2 month ago that he registered for voluntary liquidation but it looks & seems like he has still been trading only 2 weeks ago? His strike off request has been suspended by the registrar - possible reasons :-
1: The Company traded fraudulently.
2: Subject to a court hearings as yet unresolved.

avoid as they are scammers car engine total fail in 3 months now ignoring finance company for return , comes across as a good man but in real life is a total scammer

Alan at Alpha Carsales in Newcastle went above and beyond to help us when we were sourcing a car - I am definitely going back to him for my daughter's boyfriends' automatic car next year - thanks so much Alan - he is such a helpful person and nothing is too much trouble. Utterly appalled by the lack of service and the car I bought, it barely made it off the forecourt before it had to go back for a fault, then got it home for my local garage to discover the exhaust had 2 large holes in it. The garage refuse to acknowledge me or sort this out. DO NOT BUT. FROM HERE

I viewed a Renault Megane 2011 at this car dealers last week and was pleasantly surprised at the clean condition and low mileage (79000) of the car and the spec. Alan is a delight to deal with and I never felt pressured to buy the car. He was very informative about the car and allowed me to take it for a test drive. While I was away he appraised my car I wanted to part x and we agreed a reasonable price for my car. A deposit secured the deal and Alan told me the Magane would be ready for collection in a week as he was going to put a full MOT on the car and a service was part of the deal. I called Alan the day before the collection and I was told everything would be ready the following day.
When I arrived to collect the Megane Alan had given the car a full valet and the car looked great. We attended to the necessary paperwork and concluded the deal.

Alan is a 5star car dealer and really puts alot of effort in his customer service, it has been a pleasure dealing with Alpha cars and I would strongly recommend them as I already have to a neighbour who is keen to view the car stock via their website.
