From start to finish this has been one of the best interactions with a company I have had for years. Chelsea in particular stands out...polite, caring, professional and efficient. It is so rare that an end to end process goes so well these days...one small hicup rectified simply and easily by Chelsea...excellent communication all the way though. And the product is great too! Cannot recommend highly enough...keep up the good work!

Great Decking, Great Customer Service!
Absolutely fantastic company from start to finish, the deck I wanted wasn’t available so they gave me a discount on the price of the premium boards. The delivery driver was really polite and helpful, a bag of fixings and a board were short from the order but this was delivered literally within hours. Would highly recommend Alpha decking ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company and staff are outstanding…
This company and staff are outstanding they do what they say they will do. Had a slight hiccup with my fence, which turned out to be the way I fitted the panels and not allowing for expansion. A team came out to inspect, great couple of guys and very polite in view of my ignorance and explained the concern. Called Chelsea, who has been outstanding throughout and ordered a few replacement panels. Unbelievably Dan the boss even agreed to deliver FOC. I can’t honestly recommend these guys highly enough, great customer service and thanks again.

Appalling Customer Service
Fence in place for 12 months. One side completely demolished during a windy night ( not a storm). Posts snapped. Decent product. Despite guarantee the company don't want to know. Very poor customer service

We have already responded to this matter in detail within your previous review and have taken the time to assess and explain our position fully.
For clarity, the installation was supplied in 2022 and has been in place significantly longer than stated. The damage reported relates to a localised section only, not the full installation.
Our assessment remains unchanged. The damage shown is not consistent with a defect in materials or workmanship, and therefore does not constitute a product failure under the warranty terms.
We also offered further assistance and support, which we have not received a response to.
Whilst everyone is entitled to share their experience, posting multiple reviews regarding the same issue and including inaccurate information is not a fair reflection and is against the platform’s review guidelines. As a result, we will be reporting this duplicate review.
Great Service
The man who delivered my fencing was very helpful and the fencing looks great no problems at all would recommend alpha decking 5 stars

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. Spent over £8k on fencing. 4post snapped during windy night and 5 panels shattered. Company don’t want to know. They say it’s not a product failure. Very disappointed

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear how disappointing this situation has been. We are also disappointed and saddened to read the comments regarding us not wanting to know, as this is something we would never do. We did take the matter seriously, replied promptly, reviewed the information provided in full, and offered further assistance with replacement materials and advice on strengthening the affected section of the installation going forward. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further response on that point.
For clarity, this was not a matter that was dismissed or brushed off. The photographs and information provided were carefully reviewed against the warranty terms that applied at the time of purchase.
Our product warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not extend to damage caused by external forces such as severe weather, wind loading, impact, ground movement, or other environmental factors outside of the manufacturer’s control. As with all fencing products, damage caused by exceptional weather or external impact cannot be covered under a materials warranty.
For context in relation to this review, the installation was originally supplied in 2022 and forms part of a much larger fencing run. The damage reported relates to a localised section only, and based on the evidence available, we were unable to identify any defect in the materials or workmanship or any indication of a product failure across the installation.
The nature of the breakage shown appeared more consistent with an external force or impact affecting that specific area.
We supply tens of thousands of composite posts and fencing components each year, and product failure of this nature is extremely uncommon. For that reason, we have to assess all claims consistently and on the basis of evidence, in line with the warranty terms.
We remain happy to liaise directly with the installing contractor should any further information be needed, and we of course here to help where we can.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product, and super-helpful delivery drivers. Having looked at various potential options for composite fencing, the Alpha Decking product seemed to deliver on all elements, fitting into existing concrete fence posts and being simple to install. Ordered two bays for one area, and then went back for a further five bays to add an enhanced finish to another area.

The communication was outstanding
The communication was outstanding; the driver called to let me know he'd arrive at my home within half an hour. He organized everything neatly in the garage and took the time to explain each item and the optimal assembly and installation process. From the sales discussions to the final delivery, my experience with this company was fantastic. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and professionalism. Thank you!

A Perfect shopping experience
A Perfect shopping experience from sales to the final delivery, each team member from administration to transportation are proffesional to the highest level. An excelent product, clear instructions to undertake the work yourself, a 15 year warranty (subject to T&Cs) is the icing on the cake. My personal experience with this company and the satifaction I have had, I definately recomend Alpha Composite Fencing.

The best customer service ever!
The best customer service ever!
We will happily recommend this company to anyone. We have just self-installed 10 fence panels, using existing concrete posts. So easy to do, even for a pair of geriatrics like us! The finished effect is so smart and solid.
From initial order to delivery the service was superb, and clear communication at all stages saved us from wasting money when we ordered some unnecessary items.
Genuine 5-star service and product.

Very pleased with ordering process
Very pleased with ordering process, price and excellent delivery service (5 out of 5 for friendliness and delivery guy moved boards to exact location). My only gripe is that I had to cut (the length) on 3 boards as only 2 had been cut to correct size (5 ft fence so one of the boards has to be cut to suit). Luckily I have a track-saw so wasn’t an issue but shouldn’t have been necessary as took extra time. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
