No one from Ilowns has gotten back to me, ive been emailing twice a day from Monday night get ignored. This company is a fraud.

1 (877) 572-0127, operates under ILowns, and Alpha loans and takes advantage of consumers in their desperate time of need, when they have no other options to pay bills and put food on the table for their familes. They grant you a loan, screw up your payment dates, wherein they take money out on the wrong day(s), causing extra fees from your bank then continually phone you and e-mail threats and harass you for the missed payment. I received over 40 e-mails from them in a 3 day period They don't follow any e-mail threads with your replies to them, so they will keep hounding you with the same questions and threats. They threaten to call your references, which they don't have and are relentless and ignorant towards the consumer. Perhaps it is because Quebec plays by different rules. This company, under all names IS NOT licensed to lend money, so BEWARE! I paid my loan off, and they continued their harassment towards me. I logged into my account on the site to screenshot my balance, and all my information had conveniently disappeared from the screen. If you must take out a loan of this nature, there are other lenders that treat their customers with respect and dignity. This company and its employees are trash. Choose any other one!

Avoid Alphaloans and Ilowns at all cost! Do your homework, they are not licensed to operate in either Ontario or Alberta, they operate under various names. Search the physical address provide as it takes you to a run down cottage in Quebec. If you have any business with them, immediately change / secure all accounts, block all calls and emails and report the to Canadian Anti Fraud Centre.

alphalendinginc.com Stay away as far as possible. They are scammers that have no conscious. I do not know how they sleep at night. All very real looking contracts signed through Docusign. Convincing conversations on the phone and through email. Business is registered but not as lender but a broker. When it's time to send the funds then you are ghosted and no return calls and no customer service picking up the phone. The loan officer has a voice mail but does not respond. To date no money has been received on my end but my insurance payment I made has cleared my bank. Another hard lesson learned.

Had a loan with alpha lending on Thursday asked them to send it to the rbc account. Mattew the loan officer gave me the bank information to the lender via e transfer sent it in the same day called Mattew and asked the funds to be e transfer in the account. Darryl Mattew boss called me once on Thursday about the loan. Darryl and Patti Weir Fleck was asking $770 for me to pay on Friday after they pulled the bait and switch on me today. Called Durham police to report the crime to them today. Called the anti fraud center also today to report their crime. Now I am out $20,000 for me to eat. Boycott alpha lending at all costs they will try the bait and switch on you at all costs. General hummel out

Avoid this company at all cost , this company now goes by Ilowns and its believed that they are not a licensed lender , there contracts after reviewing is actually illegal and violates federal law, when you take out a loan with them they will tell you after 3 days that your account is passed due when clearly its not , the collection department dosnt answer the calls and they will send you automated emails making threats when they are the ones in violation. This company also dosnt do book keeping whatsoever and will overcharge you. Most unprofessional company you will ever deal with. Avoid at all cost !!

They operate under multiple names and all are ILLEGAL!
They are NOT a licensed lender anywhere in Canada
Change your bank account immediately if you are using them or have used them.
They go by ILowns, Alpha, Firststop, credit2go, cash supply, easy money loans, and likely more.
I have not had a loan with alpha loans for 2 yrs but recently applied to ILowns not knowing they were the same company.
They have been stealing from my bank account under different names and most recently $500 stolen under Alpha loans name when I do not have an active loan.
Thankfully the bank fraud department is helpful in canceling and retuning the funds but the hassle of changing bank accounts again has to happen because of frauds and scammers like this!

Never use a Quebec based loan company ever!
They are thieves!!

Like all the other reviews, I was approved for a reloan, I signed the contract and the money was never deposited into my bank account.

I sent several emails asking when the funds were going to be deposited no reply.

I will never use this company again or recommend them.

September 18, i applied for renewal i was approved for 1000 😀 and today Tuesday, September 23 money is not on my account. I called and emailed them a bunch of time and no answer. I emailed them today to cancel it and that is the time they replied and so apologetic !!!! Garbage company go somewhere else!!!

Never had an issue with my first loan. Did the renewal, signed the contract, and they never sent me my funds. Tried numerous times to contact them..by Friday, they had sent me an email to renew despite having signed something already and still not receiving my funds.

Cancelled right then and there and have unsubscribed from all communication

I took out a loan with this company, and unfortunately, the day my first payment was supposed to be taken out came back because my account was fraud and it fraud investigation was opened. Provided them with information about the fraud investigation provided them with the new banking information for the new account. However, the second payment came back. I’ve been trying to get a hold of this company every day by calling sending emails and no one is responding now I’m scared. I don’t need them reaching out to my employer. I don’t know what’s gonna happen next and I am scared.

FYI to everybody. Alpha Lonas changed their company name but still under the same phone number. their company is now app.ilowns.com..They sent me an invite to apply for a loan. They accepted it. I signed a contract then they denied me almost right way. Shady company. beware

Don't even bother they are liers and they don't want to help people i get emails everyday pretty much saying I am pre approved upto $1500 and 98% approval rate it's all lying bullshit

Had an arrangement to pay 1000. Agents name Anna Luisa. I started paying September 27 2024 made bi weekly payments of 100. Accidentally made 1 double payment but finished paying January 29 2024. Said sending me to collections and reporting me to credit bureau also taking me to court. Told her I’m suing her won’t give me the address so I can have her severed with summons. Do not borrow from them!!!! Fraudulent company!!!

I applied with Alpha 3 months ago. I constantly get emails from other loan places saying I have applied, which I have not. They sell your application to other sketchy loan places and they just send you bank links for the next 6 months..... All these places telling me they have all my information and applications which I did not send is scary. Don't give Alpha loans any information

Ignoring your responsibility will only leads more trouble in regards to your arrears. Either you send the half of the overdue today or send s deferral fee of 35$. This will avoid collection efforts and stop all those phone calls with your workplace and referrences.

After 5 hours of being told I was approved and no service they finally opened their phone lines 45min late and I was missing money out of my account. I had a 580 credit rating when I went in and 500 when i went out ! DO NOT GO THERE !

Stay away from this place! Nothing but a bunch of fraudsters collecting your information for their use. 99% DENIALS!! They only claim to approve people to collect their personal information to spam your phone and email.

Cant block this site spamming they keep sending me email loan offers and talk like I'm 99% approved but every time when I applied 1% rate of approval DENIED lol
This company makes me laugh. Please people, don't ever apply here they will sell your info's and they will thief in future when you don't even realized. Be careful

If I could I would rate alpha loans no stars, I was with alpha for a long time but in the last three months I had an accident and broke my wrist in 6 places and had to have emergency surgery. Alpha Loans didn't care, they sent threats, they were mean and just wanted their money.
