Alpha MD Avis 

AlphaMD has been pleasant to work with for the last year plus. They are quick to respond to questions and always try to fulfill your request. It’s also fairly priced so if you’re on the fence about starting TRT or other hormones please give them a try!

I just took my first TRT shot and so far, i am very happy with my experience with AlphaMD. It has been seamless. Everything has been as described. Medication and supplies arrived quickly and on time. I hope they continue to uphold that standard. As long as they do, i will most likely be a customer/patient for many years to come.

Jasmine has been exceptional from beginning to end—responsive, patient, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure things were handled correctly. When I had questions and concerns about my lab orders and follow-up process, she took ownership, followed through, kept me informed, and made sure the issue was fully resolved. Her communication has been clear, thoughtful, and reassuring throughout the process.
I also want to recognize Dr. Saba Haq. In every interaction I’ve had with her, she has been precise, professional, and very data-driven. She takes the time to review the numbers carefully, explain the rationale behind treatment decisions, and make adjustments based on both laboratory data and how I’m actually feeling. I appreciate that her approach is thoughtful and measured rather than simply reacting to a single lab value.
Starting TRT comes with a lot of questions, and having both excellent medical guidance and dependable support has made a significant difference in my confidence with AlphaMD. Jasmine Melendez and Dr. Saba Haq are both tremendous assets to the company.

I’m always able to make contact with members of Alpha through email! They answer all my questions nicely and promptly, have a military discount, and my orders have never been wrong or late! Great company and staff!

This service is so great for the price. You will not be disappointed. Process is really quick you'll have your T in less than 2 weeks from start to finish. Provider let me transfer to this regimen without quitting testosterone to drain it all out. Very impressed. Exactly as advertised!

I was never advised by ALPHA MD to fast before having my initial/baseline TRT blood draw. So basically my baseline #s are inaccurate. This was very unprofessional in my opinion.

ALSO, I think that ALPHA MD should have included a disposable red plastic medical waste box for used syringes with my 6 month paid upfront order; especially since it's my 1st order with ALPHA MD.

Other than these complaints everything else seems pretty much on an average level for a TRT program. Will put in more reviews as I continue along with my program.

I would not trust this company with my life. Not only do they swerve shelby talks on her phone, the entire time.
I've supposedly had the owner who gave me his own phone number, but yet they don't answer their calls. They don't return their calls, and they most certainly don't answer their messages. They tell you to make appointment online, but they don't tell you that they're not going to confirm or deny they're just gonna leave you hanging. So the day of the appointment, you have no ride. And then when you try to call them, it goes to voicemail, they just ignore you, so guess what? This is not the company I would recommend for anybody who needs to make a medical trip. Somewhere this company sucks!

I especially like the veteran discount and the annual plan discount. Significantly less than I was paying with previous provider. I appreciate that they act more like a real doctor instead of just a vendor in respect that they act as a check on my impulses. I just wanted the same dose as my previous provider, but taking an honest look at the numbers it wasn’t a good idea. Im sure the previous providers knew and just didn’t want to risk losing a customer by lowering my dose.

It took a couple weeks from date of labs till the pharmacy had the drugs at my door.

I was unsatisfied with my last provider. They were clearly motivated more by my money than they were concerned with managing my therapy. I switched to Alpha MD and it was the best decision. They are easy to deal with, prompt in service, the Dr. I spoke with took plenty of time to get to know me, answer my questions, etc. The blood work cost is minimal and my medicine arrived as promised. I will stay with Alpha MD for sure and I recommend that you give them a try if you are unsatisfied with your current provider. -Chris

It took multiple appointments for seemingly no reason. I had to travel 45 min to get my labs done then had to upload the results myself . The whole process took well over a month.
