What stood out to me was how quickly their team understood our print requirements. We do not have to explain every production detail or repeatedly point out the same file issues.
The files come back properly checked and ready to move forward. Jobs that once took us close to two days to prepare and approve are now completed much faster.
We initially sent Alpha Prepress a few jobs to see how they would handle our files. The results were accurate, the turnaround was fast and communication was easy.
After the trial, we felt comfortable sending them more of our regular prepress work. They have continued to meet our expectations.
