Firstly I read other reviews on here with similar problems with this awful company to deal with, very arrogant and non-responsive unless it is Trustpilot of course. Today I had a reply by email saying my 90 day return time was up, This 90 day return time was to return FAKE APPLE EAR PHONES which on the box was Ear (Pdso) Pods, I did not order Pods or Pdso? The box small print said with a Lightining connector, fake spelling again. Anyway they want me to pay the post to return FAKE APPLE GOODS BUT THE 90 DAYS ARE UP? Will up date soon again after I have talked to professionals, Once again I appeal to people not to buy from this company, THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS FOR FAKE GOODS!
Once again had another over polite email from Alphasmartphones, treating me as a satisfied customer when TrustPilot verified my EVIDENCE that was CONFIRMED BY APPLE STORE IN LIVERPOOL THAT THE ITEM THEY SENT ME WAS "FAKE", I appeal to people to not trust this company as they DO and have sent me fake apple Ear Pods described as Ear Pdso?? which was ordered by me as EARPHONES? I am now dealing with apple direct on this matter and will update soon as I have their reply.
9TH AUGUST 2022... It is an up date on alpha smartphones FAKE APPLE PRODUCTS, CONFIRMED BY APPLE, at LIVERPOOL ONE SHOPPING CENTRE. I have had a talk to apple and will up date very soon on them and trading standards. Meanwhile at Alphasmartphones they now do Apple refurbished goods they say, That was not a description I can remember when I ordered Apple Iphone Ear Phones, This really sounds like Alphasmartphones have created a back door escape for their FAKE APPLE GOODS...This was not on my description ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Delivery was prompt and product was in genuine and sound packaging. When used, however, it somehow didn’t work. They were surprised but sent a new one out almost straight away, and it looks and works perfectly fine.

Sells fake Apple chargers. Hopefully you notice a problem within the 90 days otherwise they are not interested.

Purchased 2 ‘official’ Apple chargers for iPhone and both have failed after a few months. Sent an email explaining problems and was palmed off saying Issues can occur with these electronics.
