Alps Driving School LTD Avis

I did my driving training with Ylli Mucaj through Alps Driving School, he was a great instructor and helped me work on my nerves and challenged me enough so that I passed my driving test on the first try, with zero faults!

Waleed is a great instructor. I highly recommend. Helped me to pass my test first try with him.

Vaida
Passing first time is an amazing feeling, and I genuinely owe so much of it to Vaida. She’s the kind of instructor who doesn’t just teach you how to pass a test, she teaches you how to be a confident, safe driver for life.

What makes Vaida stand out is how she adapts to the person she’s teaching. She always knew when to push me, when to reassure me, and somehow managed to make every lesson feel relaxed while still getting the absolute best out of me. I never felt judged for making mistakes because she turned every one of them into a learning opportunity.

By the time my test came around, I wasn’t just hoping I’d pass and I actually felt ready, and that’s entirely down to the way Vaida teaches. Her patience, knowledge, and encouragement are second to none.

If you’re thinking about learning to drive, don’t think twice. Vaida is worth every penny, and I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you for believing in me and helping me achieve something I’ll never forget!

I had the pleasure to learn to drive with Hasan, he helped teach me everything I know about driving and was fortunate enough to pass first time thanks to him! Very deserving of a 5 star rating.

I had an amazing experience learning to drive with my instructor Vaida ☺️, and I'm so grateful for all her support. I passed my driving test on the very first attempt, and I couldn't have done it without her excellent guidance.
From day one, she made me feel calm and confident behind the wheel. She has a wonderful way of keeping my nerves under control, even in stressful situations. It never felt like I was being taught by a strict instructor—it felt like having a caring family member sitting beside me, encouraging and guiding me every step of the way.
She was always patient, kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. Her positive attitude and belief in me gave me the confidence I needed to succeed.
I would like to sincerely thank her for all the time, effort, and dedication she put into helping me become a safe and confident driver. I feel incredibly lucky to have been assigned to such a fantastic instructor.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a driving instructor. If you want someone who is supportive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your success, she's the perfect choice. Thank you so much for helping me achieve this milestone Vaida.

My instructor Ylli was outstanding, would recommend to any learner, he was patient, kind and understanding. He made sure I was completely ready for my test and was confident driving independently. I would 100% recommend him to anyone wanting to learn and couldn't thank him enough for all the help and guidance he gave me.

I had a good experience with this company. A big thanks to Hassan and Fran for giving me all the support needed to ensure that I passed my driving test at the first attempt. Taught me the principles of driving on UK roads safely and legally, used clear illustrations, like ‘New road, new life’🤣…to teach me effectively. It really paid off, I passed at first attempt! 💃🏼💃🏼You guys are really awesome! -Paul Olatide

⚠️ WARNING: MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALPS DRIVING SCHOOL ⚠️
To help warn other PDIs, ADIs and franchisees

I am sharing my own personal experience so no one else ends up in the dangerous position I am in.

In August last year, I paid Alps Driving School to arrange and provide my motor insurance. Despite asking several times for my insurance certificate and full policy details, I was never given anything — no certificate, no insurer name, no policy number at all.

This morning I discovered the shocking truth: my insurance was cancelled — and I was never told. No notice, no email, no call, no letter. I honestly believed I was fully insured all this time, only to find out I have had no cover at all without my knowledge.

They took my payment, failed to provide legal documentation, and hid the fact my policy was cancelled. Now I cannot work, I have been left uninsured, and I am having to fight to recover my money.

Please be extremely careful if you are using them or considering them for insurance or franchise arrangements. Do not assume everything is in order — check your cover personally.

This is a true account of my own personal experience only.

Waleed was a great instructor for learning to drive a manual, he was very kind, patient, and made sure to cover everything and helped to prepare fully for the test to pass first time, lessons were always enjoyable and informative, amazing experience, would recommend.

Many thanks to Firmeck my driving instructor, I recommend him and alps to anyone looking to learn to drive

Vaida Garsviene was my instructor and I had never driven a car before, from day 1 till the day I passed my test (at first try) she remained encouraging and supported me even when I wanted to give up. She is a lovely woman with every student’s best Interest at heart. She was patient, kind and tailored my learning to according to my learning needs.
I recommend Vaida to every student who is determined to pass, and she will do her very best to help you get there.

I took driving lessons with the instructor Helen Ali and I would never recommend her to anyone. She is irresponsible and completely unprofessional.
Because of her I didn't go to my driving test which was supposed to take place on the 25th June.

I told her after 5 lessons or so if she doesn't want to accompany me to the test, to let me know earlier so I can sort something out.

On the 15 the June she said she will take me to the test and that was before taking mock tests with her.

And less than 48 hours before the test, she said she won't come with me.

I felt unsafe and neglected.

Vaida is simply the best! I would never of got to this point without her. She is so kind, patient and just a brilliant person!
I will miss our lessons I’m forever grateful. Thank you so much, Vaida - you are amazing.

Acceptable prices, adaptable schedule. Very pleased overall about "Alps". Special Thanks to Ylli for his time, knowledge and patience with me. And yes, I passed the driving test.

My Instructor VAIDA GARSVIENE was so kind and calm. She made driving lessons so much fun and easy.
I highly recommend her as an instructor.

Thanks

Hasan Ali has helped me get my driving journey started with 0 experience. His patience and knowledge have supported me and guided me into becoming a good driver with great confidence. I have and continue to recommend friends and family to definitely get ahold of Hasan! Thank you for all your help and patience 🙏
