We booked umrah with Al Quddus travels. We were looked after by them very well at their office. Booked the whole umrah package with them i.e from flights to hotels and transport at KSA. An extremely irresponsible company. Would never recommend anybody to arrange a tour with them. They also lied to me about applying for my son’s visa and just told me that I can get it on arrival and hence I had to pay extra apart from giving this company the visa fee. They did not apply the visa at all and just told me that it has been rejected as it was a Pakistani passport and the rest of us had British Passports. So instead of taking a chance they lied and took the money for the visa application. And I had to pay the fee again on arrival.
I was travelling alone with my 2 little children and had to face alot of stress because of this company.

They also lied about the hotels and their shuttle service. If somebody is travelling for the first time with little children this company is not reliable at all. The details of the hotels ( Makkah and Madinah) was mentioned incorrectly.
Also the company has been in touch with me constantly to remove the review and change it as they probably do it with other clients. I have started to doubt the other reviews mentioned which I considered before taking a chance with this company.

Been a fantastic experience booking with this company and especially with the help of Miss Rimsha, she has been fantastic in the whole process. Really recommend Al Quddus to anyone booking been really simple and easy.

I would like to thanks to Al Quddus travels for the special journey in Ramadan .all arrangements were excellent ,everything was given as promised ,Hotels in Makkah and Madina were really nice with lavish sahoor and Iftar although it was busy period going but their on ground team all was ready to help.
We are going all family after hajj with Al Quddus travels again .

Mrs Rimsha Akram responded to my call for Umra package in a very professional and convincing manner. Provided me with various options and was always there to assist and answer queries. Unfortunately due to my children school term I couldn’t get the offer but hopefully in future I will use the good services of Quds tours just because of good behavior staff like Rimsha.

I had a great experience of customer service and I have found the representative Muhammad Waqar very helpful and professional who has explained and helped me through the whole visa application process and I got my visa within 24 hours.
