I came to AlterCall after hearing Ryan Blair’s story and recognizing a lot of my own in it. I have built and run companies for decades. I did not need someone feeding my ego. I needed help with the part nobody talks about, the gap between what happens to you and what you do next.

Leslie Butler was my coach. She is kind, and kind with her means she tells you the truth and then walks you through what to do with it. She never handed me a list. The Emotional Mastery course gave me words for patterns I had been running my whole life without seeing them. The simplest thing I took from it is to pause before I react and ask who is deciding, then reconnect to my Creator and His truth instead of the old patterns rooted in fear. I use it every day, moment by moment. My wife and daughter noticed the difference before I did.

The business coaching is strong as well. The gap analysis, the quarterly check ins, the Level 3 rooms with people who know finance and operations, and now a CFO coach as my company enters a growth season. But that is not why I would send another founder here. I would send him for the first part. If you are willing to be told the truth about yourself, this is the place.

Very happy with the progress we are making as a company, and myself as a leader with the help of Altercall. My main coach is Leslie, but it's nice to know I can reach out to Terrell for marketing and others. Nick is amazing for sales. They are my go to people when I get stuck. It's really a privilege to get advice from people that are so experienced and have a proven record in what they are coaching.

The benefit of coaching to me is they are able to give me a little insight or comment that gives me a whole new perspective.

I would not recommend AlterCall based on my experience.

The only meaningful value I received from the program came from my coach, Scott, who was excellent. Unfortunately, when I look at the total cost of the program compared to what I actually received, it worked out to approximately $1,100 per hour for the coaching that provided real value.

Scott genuinely cared about me, my family, and my business. I cannot say the same about my overall experience with AlterCall as an organization. But even Scott was being spread too thin.

For what AlterCall charges, I expected substantially more value, support, and tangible results beyond the relationship with my individual coach.

I feel like I paid an extraordinary amount of money for access to one great person rather than a program that delivered on its value proposition.

If I could do it over again, I would not spend the money.
