If I could give a zero review I would
Basically my friend visited from Australia and as a solo traveller she was apprehensive about travelling around the uk.
I took her into the Blackburn branch and she asked to book for a single person in the Cotswolds or near by.
They told her all single rooms were booked and that she should book a double. So that’s what she did…. Or thought she did , she ended up in Coventry not ideal but she would get couch trips. When she arrived at the hotel she was given 2 room keys and told she had booked two rooms, she didn’t , she tried to get a refund but the manager was rude and unhelpful. She went downstairs to reception to be told the same manager had just rebooked that room to someone else. She lost 250 pounds stuck in a place in the middle of nowhere and wishing she had never come to our country, what ever you do DONT BOOK ANYTHING WITH ALTHAMS BLACKBURN. Rediculous

I booked my holiday at the Barrowford branch with Gemma and felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Gemma was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. She found me the perfect holiday and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted.

Throughout the process, she kept me updated every step of the way, put in special requests at the hotel, called me when my tickets were ready, and also advised me on helpful extras such as car parking and currency.

The service was professional from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Gemma again. Highly recommended!

I booked a holiday with Dawn, and I honestly have to say the experience was far beyond what I expected. From start to finish, it was a pleasure having Dawn arrange everything for me.

She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in every aspect of the booking process to make me feel at ease. She took all the stress away and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Booked a trip to benidorm and Nicola from the ramsbottom branch made everything so easy and quick, was so helpful with the booking and will definitely be booking another holiday again there.

Nicola at your Ramsbottom shop advised on booking our holiday at Puerto Pollensa. We needed somewhere flat due to my husbands disability. She took us through the booking, advising on where could be good places for us to go, advising us on all the assistance we could get at the airport and let us know when the exchange rates were good. She has been helpful throughout our journey of booking etc and is continuing to help us now, claiming money back due to flight delay. I would always recommend talking to Nicola at Ramsbottom for booking holidays.

Was not sure about where to go but Nicola at the ramsbottom branch was very knowledgeable and had lots of suggestions about where to go for our families perfect holiday. We will be back 🤩

All the pain of organising our “bucket list” holiday to Yellowstone was taken away by Sophie at Althams in Littleborough. We cannot praise her calm efficiency enough!

Just got back today (24may)from Turkey 🇹🇷 as usual perfect service from Louise and angela cant fault anything we.ll be back for the next holiday soon 100%recommend the Keighley staff

We went here to the Littleborough sitea couple years ago to book our first family holiday abroad. We had no idea where to go etc, they did it all for us. The staff are absolutely out of this world, they go above and beyond. Last year we had a holiday booked, we found out my husband had a brain tumour and needed to be operated on asap which meant we couldn't go on holiday, stupidly we didnt get insurance in time so we should of lost the money. The staff here fought and fought and got us our money back in a voucher. We have no booked another holiday to celebrate him being ok. People say its cheaper to book yourself. Ive not found it to be more expensive and even if it was id still book through these ladies as they actually care, they want the best, they are outstanding, and i now know no matter what they look after you and fight for yoi. They didnt have to do what they did, it was our own fault for not having insurance and i was taking the loss. Thank you ladies for being amazing and making sure we have the best holidsys. Just back from a trip to Murcia booked through Althams. The staff in the Yeadon branch are always ready with a friendly smile and a cup of tea. It’s always a pleasure to go into the shop and they’re so helpful. We’ve used them for a couple of years now and will certainly continue to do so.

The staff at the farnworth branch were absolutely amazing, my dad was in Thailand and couldn’t get back due to the war! Rachel and Catherine kept me updated on flight cancellations and rebooking of his flights, as my dad didn’t have email etc … he has arrived home safely now! Well done Farnworth branch you were amazing
