Wollte die Ware trotzdem haben, man hat es nicht akzeptiert
. Und Rückerstattung veranlasst m. Unverschämt nie wieder !!!

es sind Betrügereien. Der Mangel an Gewicht und Preis je nach Fall ist ein Verbrechen

Schnelle Lieferung, alles lief reibungslos und die Ware war innerhalb 3 Tagen da. Preislich ist es auch ok, on top kommt eine Zollgebühr auf dem angegebenen Preis aber dafür gibt es keine Versandgebühren, was auch nicht selbstverständlich ist wenn man bedenkt was DHL Express für Auslandssendungen verlangt.

in my experience this company is not serious. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. they are not shown correctly in the weight of the product. they have not issued me an invoice. everything is a scheme to deceive the customer.
I bought in Alara Grand Bazzar and it was a failure.

I purchased from Altinbas in Istanbul a pair of earrings which were advertised as diamonds and 9 carat white gold. I wore them on a few occasions and found difficulty in undoing the catch at the back, so I went to a jewellers in England to have them altered into a stem with a butterfly back and to my shock I was told that they were not diamonds just a synthetic stone and that if he tried to use heat on the metal it would shatter the stone. I will never buy jewellery on line again. I am totally disgusted and I advise people not to have anything to do with this jeweller's. Absolutely disgusting. They don't even deserve one star.

Extra Zollgebühren bezahlt trotzdem liegt das Teil seit Tagen beim Zoll in Istanbul. Altinbas tut nichts. Paypal eingeschaltet. Typisch türkisches Händler Mentalität.

Ich habe 2 Ringe bestellt. Die Qualität ist schrecklich. Das gelbe Gold wurde weggespült und wurde weder weiß noch gelb.Außerdem muss eine Zollgebühr entrichtet werden. Nie wieder!

I ordered from the Netherlands via altinbas.de a golden earrings with small diamonds.

The order came within 2 days, superfast delivery in a beautifully packed box with a certificate diamond ( own certificate no gia or hrd) and a small box with the earrings. I am happy with my purchase.

However, it is pricy for what you get. Hope the quality is good.

I ordered and paid for a ring and it was delivered to the wrong address I have contacted customer service but I have not received a reply.

This website is Robbing people with low quality products. I complained about a product I bought and within 15 days it was broken, customer service said we will resolve it but they never responded after that.

Poor quality the diamonds fell off in few weeks and customer service is awful
Ive send a product fkr repair which wasn't my fault then paid for the repair and 2 moths later finally received it back however same thing happened in a week time

Bought a gold ring this summer. After 6 months the ring lost it's Stone. I have mailed several times and since I didn't get an answer I also sent the messages via Facebook...also no answer. Obviously they are not interested in maintaining the guarantie that they proclaimed to have.
