I bought 2 USED monitors from this…

I bought 2 USED monitors from this store. $3grand new!!!
Both had defects. Tom, in customer service, was great. He has replaced both of the monitors as if they were new product with a warranty. That is amazing! When you buy used stuff in the open market you get what you pay for. But to have the seller treat the customer with respect, and make good on the sale is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanx Tom, Thanx Alto

Alto Music Rocks!

I am what is known as "a pain in the ass customer". If I don't get the servicer or product satisfaction I want, squeaky wheel-like, I'll kinda dog a business until I do. I must say that the shoe was on the other foot here. Or, at least that was my concern. I'd ordered a very expensive piece of gear - even with the massive discount provided by Alto - and, by the time it arrived, for various reasons, I'd changed my mind. I let them know and, with zero hesitation, they agreed to a return, professionally and with no questions asked. What a pleasant surprise! These are stand-up business people and they deserve the kudos. Thanks, Alto!

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company! I purchased a Fender amp from Alto Music through Amazon. I wasn't happy with the sound quality and returned it. After several phone calls to Amazon, the seller (Alto Music) said they will not credit back my account until they receive the item. (even though they have the tracking and shipping number for verification) They also said they have the right to charge me up to a 50% restocking fee, at their own discretion. I have made a formal request to Amazon to immediately remove and ban Alto Music from their website.
